Great place in a great location. Shops and restaurants all on the doorstep. Excellent place to experience St Ives. 3rd time we have stayed here and still as good

Lovely apartment in a great spot. Well appointed and we didn’t want for anything. Pubs and restaurants all within walking distance and St Ives was buzzing on the weekend as the September Festival was taking place. Can be a bit of a challenge to find initial parking to unload luggage but try to stick to Paul’s instructions, and be mindful that the roads in the old town are extremely narrow and very busy with pedestrians! The private parking was pretty easy to find and just a short walk from the apartment. Can recommend happily as a base for a couple.

A lovely spacious apartment. Having the two bathrooms was really useful for 4 people and the little pool downstairs was nice to be able to use as well. Big decking area outside the gym was nice to sit out on. Well equipped kitchen. Huge telly to watch films on in the evening. I always take them, but was glad to have ear plugs as some of the other residents were a little noisy (was tempted to join in one loud conversation that someone was having on their speaker in the corridor right outside the apartment at 7.30am) and let the outer doors slam. My only small issue was that the boiler in the apartment is quite noisy and shares a wall with the master bedroom so at night there is a constant hum (which of course some people might like!). All on all this is a brilliant place to stay in Newquay (a few minutes walk in to the centre) and for exploring the surrounding areas. Would recommend.

The penthouse was really easy to find, great location and stunning views. Sally was great with her communication and getting back to me . Was lovely and very comfortable stay.

This was an ideal holiday let. We have family in Penzance. The apartment was superb, large and warm. Retained some of the original building features. It was ideal for the dogs. The hallway was large enough to put their bed. The outdoor space was good for them wirh ample walking areas. Despite been on the middle floor, we didnt hear the occupants of the apartments. A very enjoyable holiday. Thank you Diana. Will definitely book again.

Absolutely loved my stay here, it just made the perfect stay, the apartment was just lovely, very spacious, clean and extremely quiet in a lovely area, within walking distance of my favourite beach Carbis Bay and the stunning St Ives just down the road!! Thank you so much for having us!! 😀

A great week in Newquay staying at Surfs Up. Amazing apartment and centrally located. Would recommend it to anyone and we look forward to booking again in the future.

We had a delightful stay at Steven’s cozy home. It was snug and quiet (apart from a few morning wake-up calls courtesy of seagulls, which is normal in seaside locations) and we loved the spaciousness and having two floors, after a few cramped hotel rooms in the London area. Penzance offered interesting pubs (the Turk’s Head and Admiral Benbow especially) and a range of restaurants (the Artist Residence and 45 Queen Street stood out) as well as being within reach of many other fascinating locations (St Michael’s Mount - island with castle - being very close). Steven was responsive and an excellent host :)

The property was very beautiful and clean. We had a child with us and the baby chair in the kitchen is very thoughtful. Lana and her daughter was very easy to get hold of. The experience was remarkable. Definitely recommended!

Just easy and straightforward. Perfect location for our needs. Very quiet residential area and a well insulated house which meant no noise at night. Comfy beds and lots of information provided through email and Airbnb site.

Well maintained house with garden and terrace. Very spacious and can comfortably accommodate seven guests. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances are brand new. We encountered some problems during our stay but Tom has been very responsive and easy to communicate.

We have just had a weeks stay as a family of 5 at the lovely Painters Retreat in Pendeen. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay . Francesca is a great host and is very responsive with any queries we had . She even checked to see if we were ok when we had a bad spell of weather and had some useful suggestions. It’s a beautiful part of Cornwall, very peaceful, with lots of walks or short drives to visit various places.

Loved our stay at Nick & Claire’s house with its beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed cooking & dining in the expansive kitchen diner as well as outdoors in the delightful BBQ area. We were delighted at the tray of welcome goodies we were left & appreciated the folder of helpful advice. In the evenings when the weather was sometimes a little chilly we had a cosy warm log fire in one of the cottage rooms. Everybody enjoyed the local beaches especially Gwithian with Body Boarding & Surfing a favourite. Occasionally there were things we couldn’t find or we needed - Nick & Claire were extremely quick to respond & sort out any issues or provide us with things we requested. Our 10 days were greatly enjoyed by all including the additional four ‘early 20s’ young people we had with us who just loved their stay. Thank you!

Had a brilliant stay at Ben's place! Really lovely house with everything you could want (and more!), it really does have a luxary feel as others have said. Location is perfect, nicely quiet and out the way but a very quick walk into the main areas of Newquay and the beaches, which is perfect.

We had a brilliant time at Nadia’s cottage, it had everything we needed and close to the local co-op, a pub with great food in a lovley part of St Austell, also within walking distance to the town and easy to get to various other places with the car. Like the Eden project and Charles town. Nadia was a brilliant host and easy to get in touch with If we had any questions. Would definitely recommend a stay here. We would love to stay again in the future. Thanks again Nadia.

Great location, close to the beach and amenities. Great coastal walks nearby. Marita's maisonette was clean, tidy and was well equipped, especially in the kitchen as we stayed in for dinner for a couple of evenings. Marita is a lovely host, quick to respond to messages, and very friendly. Would definitely recommend 😊

Lush late autumn stay! Super little spot, and dead handy for the South West Coast Path. All very straightforward and well communicated.

Stayed at Lucy’s place for a weekend to do some surfing. The place was easy to find and very private considering its (awesome) location right by Towan beach! It had pretty much everything I needed including a very comfy bed and a lovely shower/bathroom! Would definitely recommend and use again!!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment featured lovely big bedrooms and nice bathrooms, providing both space and comfort. The open-plan living space was perfect for our family dinners, creating a welcoming environment for everyone. The location couldn’t have been better – just across the road from a beautiful beach that offers great coffee and meals. We especially appreciated that dogs are allowed on Tolcarne Beach from 1st October to 1st May, making it a perfect trip for the whole family, furry members included. The convenience of two undercover car parks with easy access to the apartment made things stress-free. Plus, the underfloor heating was a luxurious treat, especially on cooler days. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay and we really enjoyed both times. The location is excellent, the apartment is clean and comfortable with great under floor heating. Would definitely recommend!

Ideal place in Newlyn. Comfortable, warm and good shower. Bed comfy. Easy walk into centre and parking right next to house a real boon in Newlyn.

My son and I had the most perfect few days at Kathy and Jeffs apartment.. great location..thoroughly enjoyed the cliff top walks ,lots of lovely restaurants all within walking distance...The apartment was just lovely and really lived up to our expectations...we will definitely return..thank you Kathy and Jeff :))

We had a fantastic stay, couldn’t have asked for a better location for our surf trip. 2 minute walk to Towan and we could leave the key in the lock box which meant no bags on the beach - perfect! Both beds very comfy, slept great. The shared bike storage for our surfboards was a game changer too - fantastic not having to have boards taking up space in the apartment :-)
