Monthly Rentals in Spring City

We couldn’t be happier with our stay here in Grandview, with such a beautiful country livin’ atmosphere and in a private wooded location. Our dogs love the wide open space, they could run in the field next to the air bnb for hours! With our hosts helpful suggestions, we attended local flea markets and butcher shops for some of the most delicious locally sourced food we’ve ever tasted. Sheila also produces her own honey, with her wonderful honey bees and it is a must try, she gives her bees lots of love, which you can taste in the honey 🙂 My husband and I absolutely recommend this air bnb to those folks looking for privacy and a good ol’ country stay.

Crystal has a very peaceful and cozy place. It is exactly as stated in the listing. Loved the location and being able to walk to the waterfall, just 5 minutes away. I would certainly stay here again. Thank you Crystal!

Hilary was amazing. She made sure i had everything i needed and went above and beyond for me numerous times. The place was spotless, super cozy and the bed was very comfy. A peaceful place and also convenient. Located in Spring city but easy access to dayton, athens, sweet water etc.

We had a wonderful time. I recommend stepping out to the yard and catching a view of the stars. It was freezing, so we will take advantage of this spot again in the spring.
