Monthly Rentals in Spofford Lake

Aisha and John were a phenomenal hosts and their communication was amazing . I ended up staying in the amazing place for 3 weeks. I have zero complaints. Very cozy, has all the essentials in a perfect little package, amazing heat/air conditioner, and amazing bed. Also the free Coffee provided was a huge plus. I will be looking to re booking with them.

The place is very nice for 1-2 people. The train only went by once (and during the day, not at night) so it wasn't something we noticed. That said, the tracks are literally 10 ft from the air bnb windows and it's at an intersection so the train has to use its horn. Otherwise, the place was in good shape and the cleaning fee is certainly put to good use as it was spotless. Just up the road in Putney we found a couple friendly options for food, but fa more in Brattleboro.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at Sol’s cottage. It was a cute little space with a beautiful yard and pond up front. To add to it, my now fiancé and I got engaged on our trip this weekend so this cottage will forever be apart of a great memory!! Would definitely stay here again

Amazing place. I used this spot with two of my buddies and it was perfect. Nice and quiet and relaxing but the perfect distance to town. Simply right down the road. I’d love to stay here again!
