Our stay at Casa Carlotta was pleasant, great quiet location, quiet and close to beautiful beaches. Very clean with convenient parking. Riccardo was a kind host and immediately available if needed. 5 stars deservedly so!

Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

We were warmly welcomed! Melissa is very responsive and warm, it was a real pleasure to have stayed in Chia! We would highly recommend this rental!
