We had a great stay in Ballston spa - Brian was very responsive and made sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup and toys in the front closet were a great bonus!

We loved our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the snacks and amenities that were generously provided to us. I forgot my toothbrush and was getting ready to head to the store only to find an extra in the medicine cabinet. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back.

Host was super friendly, and the place was perfectly clean and modern looking. We checked in swiftly after 3:00PM and felt right at home. Detergent was also provided which was a nice touch. Thanks guys for the stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Saratoga Springs. The rental is close to downtown, and has easy access to get to where you need to go. Very clean, and has everything needed.

This was a perfect place to stay in the town of Saratoga Springs. About 10 minute walk to downtown, felt very safe and good parking lot for our cars. The condo was better than expected. It felt more like a home, beautifully done and great amenities. Very clean and spacious. Sitting areas were very comfortable and loved the open bright concept. Would definitely stay again if we return to Saratoga! TY to our host too for going above and beyond on a couple of our requests.

The place was very clean and spacious. It is not what you would call downtown but walkable - we went by train and then walked everywhere. We were there for a kids chess tournament and when we were there the area was quiet and perfect for us. Jack’s suggestions were very helpful as I did not have time to research the area beforehand. Everything went very smooth and we had the perfect time there. Thank you!

Me and my family very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend for large groups. Our group all had their privacy but also we were comfortable when we would spend time together at the home. Would definitely come back.

Nice place that’s only a few blocks from Broadway. Host was very responsive and even reached out prior to our stay just to see if we had any special needs. Parking right on site for three cars and it’s off street which is great.

We loved staying at Gordon & Cynthia’s place. It was a lovely home in the perfect location. Walking to the track & downtown was easy. Their home was so clean, beds so comfortable & their communication was excellent. They added so many extra touches to make it special. Jared's place was perfect for our group. Very clean and commodious. We had some questions about setting the thermostats but he was very responsive and came over to make the necessary adjustments. The location is convenient to town on a leafy avenue. I highly recommend this listing.

Jeff’s place was absolutely beautiful and very private. Despite the cold weather, we had an amazing time enjoying the jacuzzi and spent two wonderful days there. Also, whenever I had any questions, he responded quickly and made sure everything was comfortable for us. I really appreciated his attentiveness and hospitality. Thank you so much!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. It’s in a perfect location for us to stay so we can snowmobile straight from the house to all the trails we like to ride. It’s also close to our favorite spots to shop and eat. There is lots of room for a family of 4 and all our gear. We bring a clothing rack for our snowmobile suits since they take up so much space and there isn’t a closet to put it all. It works perfectly. Great comfy furniture with a spot for everyone to sit and watch tv. Snow service came right away and plowed and shoveled everything since we had 5 inches of snow during the night. Plenty of space to park our truck and snowmobile trailer in the back plus another spot out front. Thanks for having us again. We had a great time! Looking forward to our next visit!

The “Wood Inn” was perfect for our friend ski vacation. Just the right size for two couples. It had everything we needed and was perfectly located. Close to the ski area and our friends.

This was our second stay at the Owl's Nest. The location and the uniqueness of this charming condo was very welcoming. The condo looks just like the pictures online. The space was immaculate, comfortable and very cozy. The heated bathroom floor was a definite bonus, as well as the location which is just minutes away from Broadway. Our host Gillian was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. She was friendly and extremely accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a special gem in a perfect location in Saratoga.

I stayed here with a few of my friends for a girls weekend and the place was perfect in every way! Location was awesome as we were able to leave our cars in the lot with everything being a few minutes walk away. The place was huge, was quiet, felt like we had privacy, and I loved how immaculately clean and fresh it was when we arrived. The host sent us greatly detailed information for parking and checking in beforehand which made everything so easy. Additionally, the host also called to make sure we didn’t have any questions. Overall, definitely stay here if you want the convenience of everything downtown and I would 1000% stay again for another weekend in the area!
