What a great house and hosts. Reserved for the Thanksgiving week for family holiday. Easy settle in and very helpful host, offered to turn on lights since we were checking in late. Home was extremely clean, sheets and towels were basically new. Had a snow storm and host showed up to shovel driveway and walkway. Very friendly and attentive to the guests needs. House has everything you need to have a stay. 5 of us and easily accommodates 6 with 3 double beds, two bathrooms and plenty of seating at dinning table and to relax and watch tv. 5 star hosts 5 star house 5 star area Great house, host and location.

This place was amazing for our family. It was very spacious so everyone was able to relax comfortably. The bathroom knobs were a little tricky to figure out but the kitchen was perfect for us to have a big Thanksgiving dinner together. Even when the broiler went out and we had cold water, we were able to quickly get a response to get hot water back on. Would definitely stay again!

Ewa is such a great host. She is responsive, friendly, and warm-hearted. The place is spacious, clean, and tidy. The backyard is right next to the river so our puppy had lots of fun swimming in the water. The house is on Main Street with grocery stores and restaurants within a short walking distance. We will definitely come back to stay at Ewa's place again in winter if we come back to ski at Gore mountain!

The place was just what we needed for our stay. My parents are older and not great with stairs so having the sleeper sofa in the room on the main level was great.

Nice tidy house in a quiet neighborhood, with a responsive host. Plenty of thoughtful touches to make guests feel welcome (such as toiletries, coffee/tea, kleenex/paper towels, and a welcome S'more kit).

We were a group of 6 couples who spent a weekend at Kathleen's house. Everything was top-rate; 6 comfy bedrooms, a great open living area for talking and hanging out; a beautiful and well-equipped kitchen for group meals, and with a dining table large enough to accommodate all of us; a lovely neighborhood for walks, and a very short drive into downtown Saratoga Springs for walking, shopping and restaurants. Kathleen was immediately responsive to any questions we had, and communications in all other respects were great. I can't think of a single negative to say, and would return in a heartbeat (and hope to do so next year).

It was the perfect quiet, peaceful spot to see the eclipse and do a bit of hiking. Beautiful place and awesome town. We would definitely love to stay again sometime.

This was an amazing place to stay for the weekend. Restaurants and bars were very good and an easy walk. Being in a historical building for me was great as well and keeping the look made it just as great. I plan on staying again when I’m back up in the area.

This is a really beautiful spacious apartment close to town. It is very tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. The linens and towels are top notch. The layout is great. It is an easy walk to town as well and parking is provided.

Small peaceful Adirondak town. Near the bigger attractions but far enough away to be serene. Host was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great for a family because there are lots of beds and the supermarket is very close.

Dan's place was great. Very comfortable and super convenient - easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants, plentiful parking on the street out front, very close to Skidmore. Dan came out to greet us while we were getting our things out of the car. He is very pleasant and had stocked the kitchen with a number of tasty treats. The place was very clean and we had a great night's sleep. All in all, a perfect stay!

We felt immediately at home when I walked through the door! very comfortable and clean. It was nice to stay with a full kitchen to make sides to bring to my mom's for Thanksgiving day ☺️ The desk in the corner of the living room was a nice touch was able to get some work done comfortably!! Everything was nice and clean! such a cute apartment! We would love to stay again while visiting the area! Thanks again for the cozy home away from home!

We had a very relaxing stay here while visiting the Saratoga Springs area. What a great find! It was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. It is cozy, comfortable, and clean. It was so convenient to get to Saratoga Springs and many places to explore right nearby. We had lots of places to hike and tons of history in the area. The view from the deck is breathtaking in the morning when the sun rises.

peaceful and quite located right near downtown. full of what you need. a nice little reading chair I loved. perfect experience with sean host and very easy to navigate/communicate with. I will say as a non furnace person they do sound like home alone and it startled me at first lol. if your solo traveling around area this is best place and price. :) its practical, relaxing and a fun location.

Melanie is an amazing host. Her apartment is a lovely and cozy. Being in the main street, all you will ever need are right downstairs and street parking is a breeze especially when it’s not snowing. And I believe there is also parking on premises when it does snow. I was amazed to find such a gem of a place so close to where I was working. Will definitely be back

Dan and Laura's place was awesome! My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday weekend and it was just what we were looking for. Dan and Laura even let me check in early so I could set up a few decorations before my boyfriend got there which really made the experience even better for him. The place was very clean and check in was easy and convenient. It was less than 10 minutes to everything Saratoga had to offer. It was even nice to stay in and enjoy the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carla’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The house was spacious and stocked with anything we could need during our stay. The area is great and walkable to Congress Park and lots of restaurants and shops. Carla communicated instructions for check in and check out and everything was easy, making getting in and out a breeze. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

Just a phenomenally beautiful place. Modern and fully equipped with lots of a space. Richard was a phenomenal host as well. Very accommodating, pleasant and responsive. Ive been to Lake George every year for 15 years and this is by far my best stay.

We have enjoyed a weekend at the Owl’s Nest during the Christmas season for three straight years. The Owl’s Nest is very comfortable and clean. The location is excellent for walking to downtown Saratoga and visiting the shops and eating and drinking establishments. Gillian is a great host as she always provides clear instructions on a friendly, polite and professional message prior to our visit. We plan to return for year four!

Great location, only a couple of blocks from the racetrack entrance and from restaurant and shopping on Broadway. We have been coming to Saratoga Springs for several years, this was one of the nicest homes we’ve had the privilege to stay at. We will stay again next year if there is availability.
