House vacation rentals in Spanish Wells

Location, Location, Location. Unreal. The house is dated and needs work, the power goes out sometimes and you might lose hot water. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton, this isn't it, but if you want a once-in-a-lifetime experience, highly recommend it. The access to the water, sound of the atlantic ocean crashing in the background and beautiful wildlife all around you. We will return. Brenda was a great host and made it her job to ensure we had a great time.

The place was beautiful, pool outstanding!! The sunrises were stunning from the porch. The selection of pots and pans for cooking for a group of people, was challenging, but it also added to the adventure. I would recommend & may use again in the future.

Stayed for two weeks and wish it could have been longer. Great location to get around and explore both North and South Eluthera. Already looking at next year.

Laurie was very easy to book with! The house is exactly as advertised. We loved snorkeling in the backyard, one of the best spots around. The location for us was a bit far to the nicer restaurants in Governor’s Harbor which we drove to often since the restaurant at Rainbow Inn up the road was closed for the week. But, the house was great and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great experience at Sayle Point , the location is great…45 min from North Eleuthera airport, and close to groceries and good restaurants like Front Porch, Leorosa, and Rainbow Inn. The house is updated and stocked very well and everything worked as it should. We picked Sayle Point b/c of its beach but unfortunately we could never use it b/c the Caribbean was abnormally rough during our stay so we just drover over to the Atlantic side and played there. This was our third trip to Eleuthera and you learn to be flexible and just roll with it and enjoy this beautiful island. Laurie was great to work with and we would try Sayle Point again so we can take advantage of its own beach and snorkeling area. Beautiful house and property! I highly recommend a boat excursion in Spanish Wells with Da Salty Pig and ask for Gary.

Gorgeous - as always! Beautiful airy house with enough bedrooms (and bathrooms!!) to keep us out of each other's hair when needed. The pool! And ability to walk right out the yard and over to the beach. THE OUTDOOR bathroom and SHOWER- still my favorite thing about the house after multiple trips. It's just a PERFECT place to stay when you have 2+ people. Centrally located, private as can be while still right in the middle of it all. And Rachel is, as always, an impeccable host!

We loved our stay at Come and Go Villa! The home is beautiful and hosts were very responsive. House has everything and more. Great location to explore sites north and south around the island. We will be back!

We loved this house. It is simple and beautiful and totally relaxing. Spanish Wells is the type of place you hope too many people don’t find out about. It is a little hard to get to and definitely not a party spot. If you are looking for a quiet place to spend time with family- this is a great place. The house is very comfortable, safe, and has everything thing you need. We would have loved to stay another week.

This is a beautiful place with modern everything. The house sits in a great position to explore the more uninhabited parts of the island or any of the great surf spots Eleuthera has to offer. The house has all the things that you might forget on a trip or hard to find in the smaller towns around Eleuthera.

The Cottage offers beautiful views over the bay and of the local marine life. Turtles poke their heads out and sting rays float under the dock. Housekeeper Jennifer is charming and ensures you are on holiday, tending to bedding, towels, etc. A generator keeps lights, appliances and wifi on during the occasional power cut. The golf cart is needed to reach the local restaurants and shops which are a 5 to 8 min drive away, Pink Sands beach is a 5min walk. Great spot for a family vacation, just keep in mind if you have young kids the cottage is de facto two fully equipped flats (twin bedrooms are upstairs) which are not interconnected internally.

We loved our stay! House was exactly as described and a perfect vacation! The house was stocked with all of our needed kitchen utensils, beach towels and beach chairs. Absolutely loved the upstairs enclosed deck area with chairs! Will definitely be back!

This little house was absolutely perfect…the beach is literally steps from the back door. We had every imaginable thing we needed or didn’t know we needed. Extremely well stocked, like you’re staying with friends. Our family of 5 did just fine with one bathroom , excellent use of space.

Exactly as described. Hosts were great at communicating and response time was quick. All of our transportation needs were taken care of from the time we arrived until the time we left. Tyson and April exceeded all of our expectations. Will return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and being within walking distance to wonderful restaurants & the beautiful beach!

We stayed at Charlotte's Place to celebrate our 20th anniversary and loved the house and location! Eleuthera is definitely different than what we usually do (Nassua resorts) and that's what we wanted. Our children are 18 and 16 and it was awesome "forced family fun". The wifi worked perfectly so our teens weren't totally disconnected but not having anyone or anything nearby made for some awesome quality family time! We rented a car and explored the other side of the island (Daddy Joe's was great for dinner) and also took the ferry to Spanish Wells (rent a golf cart and go to the Sandbar!) If you are traveling to Eleuthera and know there is something you HAVE to have every day, pack it! We brought our own coffee grinds, travel creamers and most of our snacks. The stores are VERY limited! Amazing house, loved the locals and the being the only people in sight, surrounded by crystal blue water was incredible!

Absolute Paradise! Carole’s home was everything we hoped for. The location made it easy to feel like we could just relax, enjoy ourselves and never leave! The beach right outside was perfection! At low tide we could walk Forever in ankle-deep crystal Clear water! We spotted many big beautiful star fish and made our way to the swings for some pictures. The home was cozy and comfy, and had lots of unexpected extras most Airbnb’s don’t think about. Audrey, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and always available if we had questions. Carole helped in the planning stages answering questions and making local recommendations. She also checked in with us during our stay. You cannot go wrong with this place. It is absolutely gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable.

We truly loved the charming Pink sands beach house (being Swedes, it reminded us of Pippi Longstocking’s Villa Vilkerkulla)! It had everything we could possibly need and wish for, and is literally 115 steps from the amazing beach where we usually were the only ones. The house is beautiful and tastefully furnished. We also loved the outdoor shower. Towels, kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated and worn. But it really just added to the charming cottage feeling. A tiny issue was solved within hours. The only thing we weren’t happy with was the range of restaurants, but I guess Americans are happy. We all (two adults, a 17 and a 15 year old) recommend this cottage!

My stay at Jumbey cottage was one to remember for good reasons. For starters Ruth is such an accomadating host. She offered recommendations for grocery shopping, restaurants, fuel,vehicular rentals, emergency contacts, beaches, local farms etc. The property is so beautiful, nestled amoung the most amazing plant life inclusive of awe inspiring views of the atlantic ocean. I will be transparent and state the the images of Jumbey cottage are stunning, but in actuality the online pics are inferior to what is. When I arrived I was so pleasantly pleased and did an immediate walk through after being greeted by a gorgeous floral arrangement on the dining table at the entrance of the home taking in all of its rustic charm, l opened all of the many windows and headed outside as well where I was able to identity the many medicinal plants in the yard. The fresh breeze that moves through Jumbey cottage becase of the many windows is both cleansing and refreshing. This space is uniquely special ✨️

I wish we could stay here all the time! As soon as we walked in I felt like I was both at home and on an exotic vacation simultaneously. The house is gorgeous with amazing details throughout which starts with the beautiful neon sign that read “Siren’s Song”. We loved having everything we needed to easily cook in the kitchen. After sleeping great each night, our mornings started off with coffee on the patio, enjoying the swing and taking in all the calm and serenity. The walk down to the water is easy and free of obstacles and there are plenty of water “toys” to assist in enjoying the sea life! The host was phenomenal and communicated very well, making recommendations for us that we felt were spot on. We will absolutely be staying here again!! Thank you, Dani!!!

Great choice for staying near Surfers Beach! In a great part of Eleuthera with many things to do. The road is a little rough on the way to the airbnb but only for the last 2 minutes of the drive.

Absolutely a great place to stay! Best beach was on the west side of the point, about 200 yards or so past the hose a road winds down to the beach. Easy walk!

Angelika was the most amazing host, she is super friendly and extremely helpful. Her house in Eluthera is beautiful, centrally located, and walking distance from the beach. Her house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated, it has a beautiful outdoor area and backyard, and had everything we needed during our stay. Angelika was fast to respond, gave us local advice and helped to make our vacation in Bahamas amazing! Thank you so much Angelika!! We are already looking forward to coming back :)
