House vacation rentals in Spanish Wells

Location, Location, Location. Unreal. The house is dated and needs work, the power goes out sometimes and you might lose hot water. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton, this isn't it, but if you want a once-in-a-lifetime experience, highly recommend it. The access to the water, sound of the atlantic ocean crashing in the background and beautiful wildlife all around you. We will return. Brenda was a great host and made it her job to ensure we had a great time.

The place was beautiful, pool outstanding!! The sunrises were stunning from the porch. The selection of pots and pans for cooking for a group of people, was challenging, but it also added to the adventure. I would recommend & may use again in the future.

Stayed for two weeks and wish it could have been longer. Great location to get around and explore both North and South Eluthera. Already looking at next year.

My family and I had a wonderful amazing stay at your home. Every day was a beautiful adventure, walking around the island and exploring the beaches and snorkeling. It was serene, rustic, and a breath of fresh air from our busy lives. Glad we brought food as the grocery stores were something to get used to, but it was an adventure, and everybody was so nice. We will for sure come back.

We had a great experience at Sayle Point , the location is great…45 min from North Eleuthera airport, and close to groceries and good restaurants like Front Porch, Leorosa, and Rainbow Inn. The house is updated and stocked very well and everything worked as it should. We picked Sayle Point b/c of its beach but unfortunately we could never use it b/c the Caribbean was abnormally rough during our stay so we just drover over to the Atlantic side and played there. This was our third trip to Eleuthera and you learn to be flexible and just roll with it and enjoy this beautiful island. Laurie was great to work with and we would try Sayle Point again so we can take advantage of its own beach and snorkeling area. Beautiful house and property! I highly recommend a boat excursion in Spanish Wells with Da Salty Pig and ask for Gary.

Gorgeous - as always! Beautiful airy house with enough bedrooms (and bathrooms!!) to keep us out of each other's hair when needed. The pool! And ability to walk right out the yard and over to the beach. THE OUTDOOR bathroom and SHOWER- still my favorite thing about the house after multiple trips. It's just a PERFECT place to stay when you have 2+ people. Centrally located, private as can be while still right in the middle of it all. And Rachel is, as always, an impeccable host!

We loved our stay at Come and Go Villa! The home is beautiful and hosts were very responsive. House has everything and more. Great location to explore sites north and south around the island. We will be back!

We loved this house. It is simple and beautiful and totally relaxing. Spanish Wells is the type of place you hope too many people don’t find out about. It is a little hard to get to and definitely not a party spot. If you are looking for a quiet place to spend time with family- this is a great place. The house is very comfortable, safe, and has everything thing you need. We would have loved to stay another week.

We loved our stay! House was exactly as described and a perfect vacation! The house was stocked with all of our needed kitchen utensils, beach towels and beach chairs. Absolutely loved the upstairs enclosed deck area with chairs! Will definitely be back!

This little house was absolutely perfect…the beach is literally steps from the back door. We had every imaginable thing we needed or didn’t know we needed. Extremely well stocked, like you’re staying with friends. Our family of 5 did just fine with one bathroom , excellent use of space.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and being within walking distance to wonderful restaurants & the beautiful beach!

This is my 2nd stay with Anna and this trip was even better than the last. The house is just as pictured. Anna is very responsive and the check in process was easy. The house has all the amenities needed for your stay. Very clean and the view is amazing. Looking forward to my next visit.

Staying in the lovely, cozy cabin in the north was beautiful! I enjoyed the jungle walk to surfers beach. A stunning line of coast with unreal colors. It’s a strong ocean, not great for leisure swimming. The beach across from Daddy Joes(a sweet and tasty place) is a calm stunning Caribbean cove. Definitely use bug spray, the silent and undetectable bugs that bite are no joke. For some reason I had trouble with my google maps using the directions given. I would say keep your eye out for the paved road with the street light. On the left there is the red phone company billboard in the ground right before turning. I was shown a few routes on the map and non drivable with the rental I had. It was a relief when I found the paved road for sure. Eleuthera is a stunning and unique place to be. I would have had a lot more freedom to explore and confidence if I had a Jeep. The location was great and the cabin just right with a stunning view of the ocean and night sky.

Howard & his manager Donna were very responsive. Howard went above & beyond by helping schedule our golf carts, get the ferry & taxi set up way in advance & even helped us set up dinner with Miss Virginia...a must for everyone who comes to the island! The location was magnificent!

Awesome spot with great proximity to amenities in town. Beds were a little firm. Caretakers were responsive when needed. Vaughn arranged for our golf cart and taxi / ferry connections which made the trip to and from the house stress free. If you are coming to Spanish Wells you should rent a golf cart to get around and don't forget a small pair of binoculars to watch the many cruise ships and boats that go by in front of the house. This is a truly beautiful spot without the commercialization of many locations.

The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need for your stay! The Paddle boards were a great way to explore the water, the beach was beautiful and safe for children. We had so much fun just driving around on the golf cart exploring the little island. A boat charter is a must! Sand bar was a great restaurant not far from the house and papas scoops was a must have every night!

If I could give more than Five Stars, I would. The property is amazing and is exactly as described. The house is well appointed (both inside and out) and everything you could need has been thought through. The location is stunning to say the least. Essentially a private beach with an amazing sun set and great water for swimming. Lastly, Jim was next door and was more than willing to help if we needed anything. We cannot wait to go back!

This is a beautiful place with modern everything. The house sits in a great position to explore the more uninhabited parts of the island or any of the great surf spots Eleuthera has to offer. The house has all the things that you might forget on a trip or hard to find in the smaller towns around Eleuthera.

The Cottage offers beautiful views over the bay and of the local marine life. Turtles poke their heads out and sting rays float under the dock. Housekeeper Jennifer is charming and ensures you are on holiday, tending to bedding, towels, etc. A generator keeps lights, appliances and wifi on during the occasional power cut. The golf cart is needed to reach the local restaurants and shops which are a 5 to 8 min drive away, Pink Sands beach is a 5min walk. Great spot for a family vacation, just keep in mind if you have young kids the cottage is de facto two fully equipped flats (twin bedrooms are upstairs) which are not interconnected internally.

We had a wonderful time. The house was just as advertised. The location is amazing. Very private. Carolyn was easy to work with. Would book again.

This home was centrally located for exploring all Eleuthera has to offer. The home had all the basics we needed. The view from the porch was beautiful. We loaded our car up each morning with the coolers provided and snorkel gear and explored the many beaches Eleuthera has to offer, it was an amazing experience. The host was always easy to get ahold of and responsive. Gaulding Cay and Receivers beach old boat dock were the best snorkeling we found. Lots of fish! Lighthouse beach point was well worth the long drive and hike. Jumping in the Sapphire Blue hole was also a highlight- as long as you have upper body strength to pull yourself back out. Keep in mind most grocery stores close early or aren't open on Sundays. All the locals were so friendly and helpful. It was an amazing adventure! Thank you!!

We loved the location of this place! It’s way bigger than it appears in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked- sharp knives- which I’ve usually experienced crappy knives in airbnbs! The fans in the bedroom and the kitchen kept good air flow that we didn’t even need to use the ac at all. There is a nice big closet to store your luggage and hang all of your clothes. The bathroom is big and the shower is so lovely. Bed is super soft and comfy. The patio, the privacy of the property and all the trees and flowers were the main reason we chose to stay here, and it was just magical. People talk about all the little noseeums- we didn’t experience any at the Airbnb thankfully! But on some of the beaches and at a few restaurants on the beach- omg they destroy you. I had hundreds of bites all over my legs. Finding this house can be tricky- in Gregory town, the queens highway turns left and goes uphill, Unca Genes bar on the right. Go up the hill a ways and far up on the left is champions bar
