Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Southwick

Ben's place is fabulous and our stay could not have been better. This is exactly the type of experience that you hope for with Airbnb: a cozy cozy home in a perfect location with a very sweet host. Ben's place was pristinely clean, the beds were very comfortable with soft linens, and the kitchen has everything you need. Ben has really thought of it all and is a very kind and responsive host. Our one year old was with us, and Ben was very considerate to ensure the apartment was outfitted with all the proper baby gear. Our little one slept like a rock in the crib (he must have found it quite comfy!) and the blackout shade was useful for his room. The living room provided a great area for him to crawl around and play. The location is ideal with fun spots just beyond the front door and the train station is a stone's throw away. There is no noise from the trains at all (quite surprising seeing how close it is!) and it's a quick walk to the bustle of George St. Thank you, Ben!

My daughter and I had a lovely couple of nights in this beautiful flat. It was even better than described and the location amazing. Jo was the most helpful and accommodating host. We will most definitely book again when we next visit Brighton should there be availability. Thank you Jo for everything.

From the moment we arrived we knew we would have a fantastic stay. The heating had been turned on ready for our arrival. Every room is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well thought out. The space is so calming and comfortable. The little welcome gifts for us and our dog were beautiful and so thoughtful. In fact the stay was so relaxing we have already booked to stay again! Sallys apartment was cosy, clean and well equipped with all we needed. She was friendly and helped to get parking permits sorted. Very close to the shops and restaurants and local buses to Brighton was close by. Enjoyed our festive break. Will definitely be back.

Great location to explore Brighton. good kitchen and living space. No door to the bedroom (around the corner of the livingroom), good to know when travelling with a baby. Baby bed was available, very convenient for us. All in all a good space to spend a couple of days.

We had a lovely stay, we were a group of old friends and needed a place we could sit comfortably and chat and catch up. The house was a very social space and extremely well equipped. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms had great showers and plenty of hot water. Lovely hot tub too! Friendly helpful hosts and couldn’t find a thing to complain about. I would recommend without any hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay at the barn this November. Michelle was a great communicator for any questions I had which made the whole process effortless. The owners are lovely and the barn exactly as described. Hoping to return in the Summer to be able to take advantage of the pool.

We had a lovely stay Crossways. The house was clean and very cosy. Very comfortable beds and great to have TV's in the bedrooms. WIFI was fast and reliable. Off road parking was a bonus and it was lovely to sit out in the large garden after a day out. The house is located in a very quiet area, which we were surprised about considering the amount of properties there. Check in process was very easy and we had great communication from the hosts. Great base to explore the area.

We stayed for 2 nights for my cousins hen do & it was lovely. It wasn’t really far from the train station to head into Brighton, and is also across the road from the beach. The mattresses were very comfy & the flats overall felt homely. We didn’t realise that there wasn’t a door to get into the other flats but we didn’t mind as it’s only a few steps to go through the other front door. Andy was also very lovely and friendly. He responded to my questions very quickly and I was never left waiting ages for an answer. Loved the place and had a great time! Thank you :)

Location, location, location! The house was perfect for our stay. Absolutely wonderful location for exploring Brighton and yet quiet and incredibly peaceful. Parking is included which was a must for us and the house provided everything we needed for our stay. Michelle was incredibly responsive to messages and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ☺️

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

It is more impressive than the photos, had a quality boutique hotel feel. The devil Is in the detail and there was lots of it. All the different phone usb ports on bedside table, tea, coffee, milk, oil and vinegar. Enough crockery and cutlery. Nice touches before heading out to the shop if needed. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen looked well equipped to cater for 4 people. Dishwasher tablets, bin bags, laundry detergent. So, we could easily carry out the check out instructions. Fixtures, fitting, style modern and contemporary. The beds were very comfy. It’s terrific. I’m not sure what could be improved. It was a close walk to west worthing station and to Goring for busses. Plenty to keep you occupied there and worthing a 30 minute walk. We had a fabulous stay. Thank

A beautifully appointed apartment and well equipped for short or longer term stays. Friendly and responsive hosts. Nice to have a dryer as well as a washer for doing the laundry. Little touches like the built in detergent for the washing machine and the kitchen tap which dispenses instant boiling water are much appreciated. The bed is very comfortable and the wifi is a good speed if you need to get some work done. Private off road parking right outside the front door. I can't really think of anything that could be improved - perhaps if you're particularly sensitive to noise there was at times a little bit coming through from the road outside (but I'm splitting hairs really and the apartment is very handy for access to the M23 and Gatwick airport). Would be more than happy to stay here again. Highly recommended. Thank you to Sonia and Philip!

The apartment was very well located, near Royal Pavilion and the Lanes, with coffee places and supermarkets nearby. The corridor is a bit narrow but you enter the apartment feel instantly at home. The neighbourhood was lively and Wills home was really cozy. Will is an excellent host: kind, attentive, clear in his communication. For 2 people it is a perfect place to stay. We would definitely love to stay again in a future visit. Thanks a lot, Will

Stephen & James are perfect hosts. Communication 1st rate. The apartment was fabulous and view totally awesome. Though the weather was cold and damp at the time of our stay, the apartment was always a comfortable temperature. The location could not be better. I'd defiantly recommend this Penthouse Penthouse apartment and will happily book again when returning to Brighton.

Perfect location for both the beach and shopping/visiting/eating out in Worthing (all walkable). We arrived by car and Triin took care of our parking needs, which was much appreciated. The flat also has everything you need for a relaxing night in, if that’s what you need after a long day of tourism or spending time with your family.

lovely flat. very clean, everything we required. struggled to get the lounge warm enough as was really cold outside and windows little drafty. nothing a blanket couldn't solve.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It is exactly as advertised and the bathrooms are particularly oustanding. It is a wonderful and peaceful retreat. The sea is only a few mins away, with some lovely coffee places en route. Shops and ameneties are close by, so that anything you need is within reach. Perfect location and very responsive and friendly hosts. Highly recommend. Thanks a million.
