Super good host, he was always attentive and supporting me with any questions or needs. It is a very quiet and private space, as shown in the photographs. In addition, the area is also quiet and the location is great, you have the UNF very close, as well as the Town Center

Beautiful place to stay. Everything was pristine and clean. A great value for the price and very few offer a gym and pool. The location close to RT295 and shopping galore in the town center made this a great area to visit and reach family and friends.

Just a few words…..we will be booking our future stay ins with Ashley ! Absolutely loved the Airbnb experience here! The apartment was very nice && there’s a lot to do that you really don’t have to leave outside of the premises! My kids loved the size of the pool it’s HUGE guys! Everyone around was friendly as well! My son left his jacket && she returned it back as promised! Thank you again!

The Petite was the best option I could have picked to stay at- It’s right across the street from Mayo, which made my stay way easier. Everything was pristine when we first got there, it had everything you could possibly need during your stay, and has a warm and cozy feeling to it that made me feel safe and at home during my stay. Also need to mention how Stuart and Elizabeth are the best hosts ever; so efficient and quick with their responses and always willing to help with everything needed. It was also great how all the instructions to the house were laid out in a binder, and it even had recommendations for restaurants, food delivery services and many other things that as a tourist, are really appreciated. Had the best time ever, and it definitely was the best choice for a stay in Jax.
