Ruth was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She was able to accommodate our check-in time and gave us helpful instructions for the home. Definitely recommend staying here if you have a large family or group of friends.

This cabin was perfect for an overnight stay at the lake! Our family likes to stay late and fish and it was so nice to just drive 5 minutes from the boat ramp to the cabin instead of back to the Lubbock area. So glad these are available now and will definitely use again in the future!

Visited Lubbock for a Texas Tech game and the house was only a few miles from the tailgating spot. Hope to make it back another time.

The house was spotless, the beds were comfy, and the neighborhood was very quiet. I also appreciated the shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower! The back patio is lovely. The required cleaning at checkout was very reasonable/minimal and made heading out a breeze. Perfect for events like TTU graduation when all the hotels have increased pricing and limited availability, especially if you have a pet. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends!

We had a great stay. The house was well accommodated with all the essentials. The host was friendly and responsive. It was a great fit for a weekend visiting our Red Raider. The back patio was really nice for hanging out too.
