Woodys Roadhouse is a diamond in the rough. We just stumbled upon this location while looking for a lake house. This place accommodated our group with ease. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies needed. The living area was large and comfy. Outdoors was perfect for an evening by the fire and allowing the kids to run and play! Lake Alan Henry was just minutes up the road and a great place to spend the day on a a boat! We will be returning!!

Livin’ On Lake Time

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Newly remodeled, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a covered patio and dining area. We comfortably fit 10-12 people when we stay ourselves, and our family loves it. We’d like to share the experience of Livin’ on lake time with others. We offer air mattress’s for extra sleeping space.

I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in post or passing through, it’s very cozy and quiet, Theresa was very responsive and helpful if I needed anything.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower enclosed with a curtain, accompanied by neatly arranged towels on a shelf. A modern sink and toilet complete the space, which is highlighted by rustic wood accents and natural stone walls.

Loved the place, very clean and comfortable, had all we needed with the exception of not having a outside plug to plug in our boat…HOWEVER, Stacy was very accommodating and helped find a solution for us in regards to plugging in the boat!
