We really enjoyed our stay. Minh was very responsive. The bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Everything you might want is in a twenty minute drive. Really good value. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful house in the old section of Sarasota. Literally minutes from the airport and 1/2 mile to Asolo theater and the museums. Easy access to main streets. Clean and well equipped, with a handy book of instructions (I’m always surprised by how uncommon that is). Clara was flexible and helpful and always very responsive. 20 or so minute drive to a beautiful public beach with the most amazing sand (there might be other closer beaches), but we wanted to see this sand and the parking is very easy. Less than 10 min drive to lots of great local restaurants with easy street parking. Really fun mini golf 1/2 mile away. If we had reason to go to Sarasota in the future I would definitely stay here again.

We were new to Sarasota rental and came down for Christmas week as family of 5 (3 adult sons). The place was perfect fit. 2 baths/showers; pool and patio; 5 mins to plazas and 10 mins to key places. Roma was quick when we had questions. Will stay here again.

The house was well appointed and clean. The pool was in very nice shape, even though it was about a month after a major hurricane hit the region. The only minor issues that we noticed were the lack of extra blankets and a pool heater that didn’t go past 80 degrees. These were very minor issues and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this house again in the future.

Great house in a convenient location—lots nearby, including Publix and restaurants. The house had plenty of room for our group and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the mixing bowls/pans/tools we needed for holiday baking. Fenced backyard is ideal for anyone traveling with dogs. Joseph was very responsive and a great host.

Beautiful home! In the garage they had beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, fishing rods and scooters. Made our visits to the beach much easier and convenient. I recommend bringing your bikes if you want to bike around the neighborhood!

We had a great stay at Birute’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, not far from beaches or downtown. Although the weather was too cold for a swim, the screened in pool area was really nice. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the mornings drinking coffee and watching the birds and ducks out on the pond. It was very peaceful and relaxing! Would definitely stay here again if traveling to Sarasota.

We really enjoyed our stay! Just a short trip across the bridge to the beach. Excellent location and it was nice to come back from the beach and unwind and relax in the pool. Everything that you need to cook with is also available. Great yard and bbq as well. Thanks again for a great stay

We felt right at home here. The house was easy to find and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Location was excellent as there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by. This home was spacious and had two seating areas; it was nice to be able to work quietly in the back room over looking the beautiful pool while my husband and son were able to watch a movie in a separate living room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning. Also, the beds were very comfortable. My son loved the game room! We really appreciated Randy’s hospitality. Thank you so much for a relaxing stay. A well deserved 5 stars all around.

Kristina and Reuben were extremely accommodating and kind prior and during our stay! Zero complaints! The house was fully equipped! (I even brought my potato masher to make homemade loaded mashed for the entire family-and they even had that! Oh and an entire spice rack!) It was conveniently 5 minutes up the road from my son and his gf! It was a last minute everyone in the family decided to go as well trip due to my grandson being born 2 weeks early! I am so grateful this was the place we found! 10 stars. Will be staying here again in the future!!! 😊😊😊

Fantastic host and hospitality. We had to extend our stay due to delay on closing on our new home purchase in Venice. She was so accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend her place and if you have a dog fantastic fenced in yard. And the pool and hot tub was amazing

Loved this place! This house was so comfy. It was located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Tammy was always very quick to respond to my questions. We all had plenty of room. A huge surprise was the giant walk-in closet. It felt very decadent. Would love to stay here again when we are in the area. The only drawback was that we had to plan a year in advance because this place is so popular. So, make your reservations early because this place is worth the wait!

We loved our stay here! The weather was bad our whole trip so we had to stay indoors pretty much the whole time but it was still adequate for 14 people indoors. Very nice decor and welcoming spaces. The location is also amazing as it is within walking distance to a Target and Publix grocery store. We also took the local transit bus several times. It is free and was a very convenient way to get to and from AMI. The hosts were extremely professional and responsive at all times. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. :) :)

Beyond the gorgeous space, what truly made this experience special was Tim and Corinna themselves. They are warm, welcoming, and genuinely wonderful people who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. We loved Mario’s place. Great location on a quiet neighborhood street. Lots of places to walk my dog. House was extremely clean which is most important to me. Lots of linens provided. Really appreciated the soap provided in the bathrooms, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Also had some coffee for our first morning so after a long drive we didn’t feel like we needed to run to the store. Beds were super comfy. Weather was not warm enough for the beach but chairs, wagon and cooler all provided. Also two bikes. Backyard was beautiful with a nice seating area and pool. Very well maintained. Thank you so much! We hope to be back next year!

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful & spacious. Plenty of furniture inside & out back.. The pool was sparkling clean & in great condition, like everything else at this property. We had the pool heated, which the kids loved, & we all spent lots of time hanging outside on the large lanai. Neighboring homes are right on top of the pool area, so definitely need to abide by the "quiet rules" at night. This was no issue for us... Kitchen space was amazing & very well-equipped. We made great use of the washer & dryer & the included laundry soap! The beds were very comfortable, although maybe soft for some people's taste. This place is very close to Anna Maria Island & Robinson's Preserve, which we all enjoyed going to. Overall, we loved our stay & the family time this home offered us. Would definitely recommend!

Coastal Charm in the City delivered a cozy retreat for a couple days of rest & relaxation. The space looks just like the pictures and fits a surprising amount of amenities in a small space. We enjoyed the couch and ceiling fan, and made use of the electric kettle and toaster. A small bathroom and only 1 sink shared with the kitchen actually worked just fine. Erinn also was kind enough to let us know we could check in an hour early, which was a blessing.

We loved our stay here--especially the pool! For a family visiting from the northeast, having a lovely and clean backyard with a pool was very special. The house is clean and comfortable, lots of great small touches like supplying both swim and bathroom towels, dishwasher and washing machine soap, a nice clean kitchen with a generous assortment of supplies. Comfortable sofas in the living room, good beds and pillows. Quiet area. We loved it. Thanks so much!

Any question I had Tom responded within minutes. The house was very clean and clutter free which is what I look for. Additionally, I liked having good plastic hanger (not a bunch of crappy wire ones lol) & a hamper for dirty clothes (a simple item to have so you don’t have dirty clothes all over the floor.) We brought our 2 Labrador retrievers so having the fenced in yard was great! Plus, the neighborhood was perfect for taking them on nice long walks each day. The location is an easy drive to the Venice dog beach which they love! The main recommendation I made to Tom was to get new bath towels as they are ready to be replaced. I visit every year for the holidays because I have family that lives 7 minutes away from the house which was very convenient. I would definitely stay at his property again.
