Vacation rentals with a patio in Southfield

Great stay! Allison and Anthony made us feel welcome and right at home. We really appreciated their recommendations and knowledge of places to see/visit! The suite is beautiful, well decorated, and had an awesome book collection.

Second time back here and it was just as cozy as the first time! What can I say; it’s like home away from home. You have everything you need here.

I have stayed here twice when I've visited Windsor. It is a nice apartment in a great part of the city. Zachary is easy to get a hold of, and check in/check out is very straight forward. I would definitely recommend it!

This was a great spot for spending the night in Detroit. It’s close to tons of restaurants, bars, and venues. We would have walked to the Masonic (where our show was) if it hadn’t been about 20° that night. Carolyn’s place is in a gated building, which included car parking (a lot that’s also gated) and the apartment is really nice! I would absolutely stay here again anytime I’m in the city for the night or weekend.

We adore The Lavender house and it's hosts. Cozy and full of charm while being perfectly located for our activities at the Russel Industrial Center and Eastern Market. Love their garden, the cleanliness and special touches that made the space extra inviting and warm. A great value with delightful folks downstairs and a few sweet floofs to send you off with a smile.

This was a cute little place. It fit our needs perfectly. The only issue was with the lock box, we couldn't get it open. I felt bad calling Trina so late, but she was there in 2 minutes to let us in. She is a fantastic hostess. I would definitely rent from her again.

Family of 5 visiting my family nearby, and it was the perfect home to do so. We were comfortable sleeping, my family could visit us, and it was easy to travel around the city. Totally worth the price and the Host was beyond helpful. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and nearby Royal Oak Main Street action! My sister went to open the house for us, but she could not get in with the code we had for the door. The Host was immediately responsive to her and helped her get in. Anytime I messaged him about something we needed he responded quickly. There is a pack n play for a crib, which was good enough to put in the bedroom with the king bed. The fireplace was awesome and easy to use! All the bedrooms had TVs except for the one with the bunk bed, but I was happy because it cut back on the kids screen time! The bathroom had a HUGE tub and a really nice standing shower. If you know anything about the north, use the hot water sparingly during winter. Backyard is safe for kids.

Absolutely loved this place! The house is very clean and well kept. The host has thought of everything when it comes to amenities. Sam is an AWESOME host, he's a great communicater ,very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely stay again!!!

Great place to stay at my Uber rides even said this was a gold pick for the detriot area!

The owner was very kind and eager to make our stay pleasant. She was easy to get ahold of and even took time off from work to fix something. The house was well stocked and had all the necessary basics. Thank you so much!

This is the second time I have had a long stay at Heidi's place and she never fails to make an extra effort to make you feel welcome. The house was spotlessly clean and tidy. The addition of outside furniture was a perfect summer addition to an already great setup house. Heidi is always super responsive if you have any questions or concerns and is always trying to improve the property and the comfort of her guests. Internet is really good, always a bonus. I will 100% stay here again and I would recommend 110% anyone wanting a short or long stay to take advantage of this perfect location. It is 5 min drive from the freeway and right by the mall, restaurants and entertainment, but is quiet enough to think you out of town with zero concerns about safety. Overall a perfect little house, well maintained and amazingly clean with one of the best hosts I have come across. :)

Nested between scenic blue Heron lake and parks in peaceful and safe neighborhood, this place is a hidden gem. Having a pet friendly home next to parks is like icing on the cake. This place is located 10 mins from everything in Windsor town and in the same street as the upcoming battery factory . I and family enjoyed staying at the pristine home that Hannah was hosting, she was friendly and responsive to doubts that we had ahead of our visit. I would definitely book her home for my next visit and will recommend it to everyone I know.

one of the best Airbnb i stayed in , place was amazingly decorated, she was very responsive , was kind of nervous from outside looking in thought place was small , not at all very spacious, an equipped with everything you need , will be booking with her again great stay 👍🏾

Awesome stay here at Austin's, he responded quickly and made sure all accomodations were as advertised. The place was so clean and once I checked in and entered, I felt as if I was at home away from home. Very comfy and cozy. It was an amazing time and well worth the stay. I would highly recommend staying here. My rating is Five Stars Two Thumbs Up!

This place was perfect! I was so comfortable from the time I walked in until the time I left even my kids loved this place and did not want to leave. It was clean the bed were comfortable they even had snacks and washing supplies. Will mostly book again just to get some peace of mind away from my hectic household…

Great space for what we needed. Worth noting that the mattress is very soft memory foam and the bed is very squeaky.

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! Highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in the area.

Alan’s place is AMAZING! Beyond beautiful! Peaceful neighborhood and there were no issues, incidents, or inconveniences. The house is beautiful and I felt right at home. It was an amazing staycation for me, and an amazing vacation for my sister that came into town! I highly recommend this Airbnb location in Detroit’s west side!!! No complaints! 10/10!!!
