Vacation rentals with a patio in Oakland County

I'd definitely stay again! Quiet street but close to the main strip in Ferndale as well as quick drive up to Royal Oak. Also close to a dog park for my puppy. I went in early winter and felt that the temperature was warm the whole time.

Lisa's place was nicely laid out, in a quiet area, and had perfect amenities. It is industrial and you can hear the water running through the exposed ceiling. I greatly appreciated the open space and storage.

Wonderful unit with extremely comfortable beds! Everything was perfect and exactly as described. We stayed for 4 nights and were so thrilled with the quality and location. Very clean and well stocked. Nathan is a proactive communicator and we look forward to booking with him again !

My favorite girls' trip ever! Such a cute space that even has sparkle on the table in the living room. 🙂 The host really pays attention to the details... There is even a washer/dryer on-site. So much nicer than staying in a hotel!

My stay at Carole’s Motown Oasis was wonderful, choked full of amenities and plenty space to stretch out. It was clean and ready for a peaceful stay. Perfectly equipped for a short or long stay. Plenty of desk space for work and tv equipped in every room. It has a nice walk out patio perfect sunbathing or morning breakfast. All around great stay and better host cant wait to visit again.

Very cute place in a great location. Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable bed and spotless. We didn’t spend much time here as we only stayed a night but would have been great for a longer stay

Oshin was a great host and her place was very cute and cozy! She was very responsive and helpful. The place itself was furnished nicely and it was in a peaceful area. I’d highly recommend this place and Oshin’s listings!

Hey thanks very much Kyle, sorry for the late review, it was a great stay, nice locality with a great river trail nearby, has quite a few stores and a shopping plaza nearby with walmart, Panera bread and other eateries. A convenient stay with neatly maintained apartment. I would highly recommend the place and Kyle is an amazing host. He helped me with a few requests and was always responsive. Thanks very much for hosting us. Looking forward to visit soon. :)

This place was amazing and a perfect spot for our honeymoon! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was a real highlight, with a beautiful bathtub and an amazing shower. The layout is great, with a nice kitchen, dining room, and a cozy living room. We especially loved the deep, super comfortable couch in the den area. Though we didn’t stay in the basement, we got a peek, and it’s so nice down there—comfy, with carpet, a huge TV, and a great sitting area. Overall, it was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience. I would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this place! The house is very clean and well kept. The host has thought of everything when it comes to amenities. Sam is an AWESOME host, he's a great communicater ,very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely stay again!!!

What an unexpected surprise and treat to snuggle up with the grandbabies and watch a movie in the king sized, adjustable bed. I didn't think it could be any comfier until we found the remote and turned on the massage features. From the coffee bar to the basket filled with snacks, and extra blankets tucked into convenient corners, this host truly knows how to make guests feel welcomed! The home was spotless, and the linens smelled fresh and clean. It was the perfect place to land after long days enjoying all the attractions at Great Lakes Crossing, which was just a short drive away. We hope to be back this spring.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great privacy, cozy house and we loved the amenities of the fire pit and paddle boat. It was perfect for bringing our little one too, with a crib and toys available! We should have brought binoculars for all the cool birds and ducks we saw. There were even swans on the lake! I wish we could have stayed longer. The nearby town of Holly looks like it came straight out of a hallmark movie! It was so cute and had really amazing antique stores as well as some really great little restaurants we were able to try. I would move to this area in a second if I could!

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we didn't get to do any walking around to the pond or visit a lot in the town. Everyone enjoyed the farm house. There's plenty of wildlife around. We watched deer running around the front yard for awhile.

This was our second time staying at this place and it never disappoints. John is a great host, doesn’t interfere but there if we need him. Highly recommended 😃

Good location, quiet area and clean place.

We really really enjoyed staying at Bob’s apartment. It was perfectly located for us, as well as generally being very near to all amenities locally. It was quiet and pretty. It was much larger than we thought and we found it very comfortable. Considering we were there for a month it couldn’t have been more perfect to be honest. Kitchen was great and everything we needed was available

Ian was the host and was very attentive and respectful. The place was clean. Ian gave very clear instructions with photos on how to get to the place. The furniture and decorations were very relaxing. At times neighbors could be heard speaking loudly on a phone or entering/leaving the building but nothing intolerable. There are quiet times posted which seemed to be followed appropriately. This place is driving distance to many attractions, things to do, and places to go. After my stay Ian did check in with me to ensure my stay was pleasant and answer any questions I had. The hot tub and porch were clean. Everything functioned. Had no issues.
