I enjoyed the stay. One of the things that stuck out was how quiet and private the place was. You don’t always have that buildings with multiple tenants. I would stay again.

It was a tremendous weekend. Sam was a tremendous host and I do not regret anything from the trip. He communicates and very dependable.

Frances was so amazing and accommodating. Our plans changed due to weather and she was so kind and helpful. Parking was easy and the home has a great location.

This place was perfect! I was so comfortable from the time I walked in until the time I left even my kids loved this place and did not want to leave. It was clean the bed were comfortable they even had snacks and washing supplies. Will mostly book again just to get some peace of mind away from my hectic household…

Place was absolutely great! Smart lock made it so easy to get in & lock up as well. Fresh & very clean spacious place with great decor! Definitely a spot to getaway & relax!

I had a wonderful stay at Joeleo’s place! The apartment was clean and the location was peaceful for studying and leisure. I am a student and the atmosphere made studying easier. Joeleo was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay. The communication was smooth and prompt which made the booking process hassle-free. I especially appreciated Joeleo going above and beyond during my long term stay. Highly recommend staying here!

The condo was near our family in Livonia and was perfect, had enough room for two teenagers, everyone had their privacy, full kitchen and other amenities which made our stay convenient, great location, new appliances, etc., would stay at Northville Township Condo the next time we are in Michigan. Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. I will definitely be booking again. The unit was so beautifully decorated and clean. So many different places to go in the immediate area. Taz was very responsive with any questions I had. Everything I needed was already there. It was a very peaceful and pleasant stay.!

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.

We enjoyed our visit. Very clean. Definitely would love to return again. Highly recommend this place. 😊
