Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Southbank

Lovely spacious, 3 bedroom duplex apartment in St Kilda. Secure, private parking, great location, short walk to the beach front and bustling bar and restaurant areas. Whether returning from a trip to the Great Ocean Road, Philip Island or sight seeing in central Melbourne, the house provided a wonderful, peaceful place to rest and spend time with family. Kerri is a great host. Some lovely welcome touches, provision of milk, butter and fresh bread etc. Would highly recommend.

This house is a a perfect location for everything Melbounre has to offer. Pubs, restaurants, markets and the beach. All walking distance. The house was spacious and clean with a lovely back patio.

We were over for a motorbike competition and Paul was most accommodating, as we needed a place that was secure for our trailer. The house was beautiful and relaxing, the kitchen was also very well equipped, which was pleasing.

This is a beautiful home for those that appreciate quality, design and art. Neighbourhood was quiet and friendly and all the great things on offer in this are area are within walking distance. Linen and beds were high quality and kitchen bathrooms had nice inclusions. Would recommend to friends and will be high on the list for repeat stay.

Sandy and Peter were great hosts! my parents enjoyed their stay at the Airbnb. It was convenient Nd within walking distance to Glen Huntley town centre. Had all required amenities as listed in the the description. Would recommend to future guests!

Extremely convenient location Direct street access and access through the building made coming and going a breeze and very discreet Quiet and comfy and perfectly spotless Check in would very well communication and instructed with no headache of running around at all. Loved it

A great little place in a great location, and nice and quiet. Access to Acland St very easy. Catherine is very precise in instructions and directions, as well as very easy to communicate with.

Lanie's apartment is great. This is our 2nd stay and we would stay again. Its very clean and well appointed with very comfy beds. In a brilliant location for transport into the city as well as shops and restaurants etc. We highly recommend this apartment

Thank you for your prompt replies and accommodating our last-minute booking, especially considering our previous reservation was canceled just before our trip. We appreciated your quick communication. I'd like to share some thoughts for improvement. The price for a single day was a bit high, and I expected a higher level of cleanliness. There were numerous corners with visible cobwebs. Additionally, the kitchen tools seemed to be of lower quality, with a lingering scent of dish soap on our cooking utensils. This made breakfast preparation challenging, particularly with eggs. It would be great if you could enhance the kitchen tools for a better cooking experience. Thank you for your attention to these suggestions.

We had an amazing stay at Mountain Villa! We were in the area for a wedding at the Tatra Receptions, which is within walking distance - a perfect location for our weekend getaway. The villa is delightful - clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a weekend away with friends. Deep was a fantastic host - welcoming, responsive & great instructions (Thanks Deep!) We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay and relax with family or friends. The pool is divine and the pool table, bar, tv area is amazing.

Place was great! An amazing property visually and with the hot weather the pool was great. Inside everything was brilliant as well, kitchen was easy to navigate and the lounge area was really relaxing. The bedrooms were all of a decent size too and the mattresses and pillows were really comfy. Hawthorn and Kooyong were a short walk away with some great little cafes, shops restaurants and bars and getting in and out of the city, richmond and st kilda was all very easy too by tram or uber. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a high quality house on the fringes of the CBD

My partner and I had the most lovely experience at the blackwood. We were in much need of a relaxing getaway and this estate provided just that. The fireplace and the bathtub are definitely standouts about the house and it have just about everything to ensure some alone time with each other. The town was great as well and Justin and Guy were both amazing with their recommendations and made us feel right at home. Would recommend to anyone!!
