Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Southbank

Wonderful stay ! Danielle was so very helpful answering all the questions we had to make sure the home accommodated our group. Home was great- spacious, clean and 10 steps to the beach. Would definitely book again.

Very, very nice apartment, especially for the price. Roomy and very nicely refurbished and decorated and with all modern appliances. Fantastic outdoor seating and a really nice long swimmable pool. Surroundings could have been better, lots of traffic and long walk to beach or sights, but close to tram line, and the apartment in itself really made it worth our stay. We were 4 adults and 3 small kids (1 infant) and fit well. I biked to work at Melbourne uni, good bike line on st Kilda road. Even though surrounds weren’t the cosiest, we Recommend the apartment, probably can’t find nicer at this price,

I had my in laws and my wife's family stay here while visiting Australia. It was a great location and literally has a tram stop that goes to the city outside. The house was a little hot and not much of a way to cool it down in the summer heat, maybe a fan in the rooms would've helped. It was however a beautiful house and looked amazing on the inside with good wifi and plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. This was slightly ruined for when we arrived as the bins were full to the max and overflowing on the floor in the car port which left a nasty smell when we arrived. We put them out for collection as asked by the host and it was good from then. We were also asked to have a house inspection from the real estate agent which was a bit random and I asked the host politely if it was okay not to do this and they were very respectful of our privacy. I would definitely still recommend this place and would visit again :)

This accommodation was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious and provided ample room for two travelling families. It was close to shops and trams and made walking in the surrounding area very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you, Janet.

Booked the property for a wedding bridal party, very spacious living room which was great for getting ready. Paul and Dan were very responsive and helped with any questions in advance of the stay.

Julia & Marcus are great hosts who really know how to make you feel at home. Great house in a great location.

We had a lovely time here - the house does face a main road so it is noisy, but it didn't bother us most of the time. It's very conveniently located near the freeway, shops and has local cafes within a walkable distance. The hosts were super friendly, helpful and communicative when we had questions. We really appreciated the provision of laundry detergent, toiletries and coffee / tea when we got in after a long flight. Would stay here again :)

Amazing location and space. It is very centrally located with lots of nightlife, so ear plugs if you are a light sleeper (which I am, but always prepared and slept like a baby). Grocery and liquor store around the corner, easy access to tram, quick walk across the river to tons of restaurants and casino. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you thank you!!!

The location of Kim’s place is excellent. It is so central and walking distance to excellent restaurants and Bourke St Mall. The unit itself is clean, comfortable and is so spacious. Kim is a very thoughtful host and has a range of toiletries available for her guests. We would definitely stay in this apartment again, the location is excellent.

We had a wonderful stay in Fitzroy - such a great location, it was so easy to get around with our 16 month old and the park, playground and library right by the apartment was great! Lots of good eateries nearby too and a lovely organic grocery store 2 mins walk away. Super easy to catch the tram around from here too. Carl made everything super easy and helped us check in, checked in during the week on how we were going and gave us local tips. The apartment was great, really comfortable beds, great shower and lovely living space. We had a wonderful week, thanks so much!

Gail was an incredible host - very responsive, thoughtful and accomodating with our check-in/out times. She had left some food to get us through the first breakfast and some toys for our toddler (he was thrilled!). Her place is very lovely with lots of interesting artwork and books to peek through. The bedrooms are spacious, neat and tidy. We did hear quite a bit of road noise at night but it was fine with earplugs. The house is very centrally located - easy trams into the city, or tram/walk to St Kilda. There’s also plenty to do right on the doorstep - beach, cafes, playgrounds. Thank you Gail for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Superb location where we could watch Melbourne's early summer sunsets from the living room. St Kilda beach is a stone's throw across the road. Walking distance to a large local park and playground behind as well as luna park, restaurants and bars. While bedrooms were sparsely furnished the beds were comfortable for all 7 of us. Host was responsive to our questions during our stay. The parking lot provided within the development is only for skilled drivers with small sedans. Thankfully there were ample roadside parking but one had to understand the various restrictions and local codes. Overall a great accommodation I would come back again thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pete’s apartment. Even though we didn’t use it, I feel like we have to mention the beautiful modern kitchen! Very cool minimalist aesthetic with modern built-in appliances that gives a fun contrast to the rest of the space. In general there was a lot of attention to detail when it comes to decor and functional furniture/tech. We felt very much at home. Location is obviously ideal, especially when you’re on a vegan foodie quest… Smith & Daughters being right around the corner was perfect for us! The whole area is full of great restaurants and bars, and if you happen to have spent less time in Fitzroy/Collingwood than we have, Pete’s suggestions and local guidebook would be all you need!
