Beachfront vacation rentals in South West

This is a great little get away, on a quiet street. In self contained space with it's own entrance, I would recommend this unit.

This is the second time I have stayed at this accommodation and I am sure to come back again. Prevelly is a beautiful spot, that feels isolated and private, but is also only 10 minutes from Margaret river. The house itself is perfect for meeting my growing family needs. I had my brother, mother in law, wife and new-born child and Labrador and every one of them was happy with the accommodation and nearby beaches. The Verandah was the perfect spot to have a coffee in the morning, or watch the sun go down in the evening with views to the Ocean.

Beautiful unit, lovely decoration and the location couldn’t be better! Next to the beach and coffee shop. We enjoyed the fire place and the unit was very cosy. Highly recommended!

Peppermint Grove Beach is a real getaway with a quiet beach and endless ocean views. Loved this getaway with the family, the highlight being the beach access that we used daily. Thank you again to Sarah for hosting us!

Lovely little cottage just minutes from beach and town. Lots of trees and a big back yard which our dog loved. It has a great back patio for entertaining if you’re with a larger group. Hosts were prompt and friendly when we were in touch. Would book again.

Such a beautiful place to stay, a lovely beachside cottage. Very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. A great base to enjoy the Augusta area, and our dog was safe and happy too!

The accommodation was stunning. Mel was lovely and helpful from booking to departure. The whole family (including our fur babies) could go away together. Easy walk to a gorgeous beach, very close to Dunsborough cafes and Simmos icecream. Great place for kids, dogs and parents to relax.

Beautiful property that was perfect for a family weekend away. House was very spacious, with great outdoor area with great tennis court at the back. Right on the beach as well 😊

Gemma’s home was beautiful and comfortable. The pictures and description are accurate. Gemma was proactive in her communication, and we had no issues. We also appreciated the local recommendations. It was a lovely stay, and I would recommend it to others as a base when exploring Margaret River.

Being part of the resort and having access to all the facilities makes Jane’s apartment the perfect place to stay either for 2 couples sharing or a family - direct beach access too a bonus! Jane’s place is pristine new, sparkling clean and easy to access! Highly recommend

Very easy to book, Wayne contacted me by phone during our stay as we were unable to find something, very friendly and helpful when clarifying things. Local kangaroos and birds in our back yard! Very quiet, close to parking spot. Bit of a hill to the beach but lovely walk. As we stayed in the week and off peak not everything was open so check bistro times etc. But it wasnt a problem for us as felt spoilt to have the pool area to ourselves, used boards games provided and pool floaties. Went for my mums 70th, she absolutely loved it. Thanks again Wayne and Valerie.☺

Great little place in Footprints resort. Walking distance to the beach. Very comfortable and spacious. Would visit again.

Susan’s place was perfect for a group of six people. The place was well kept, no clutter and the kitchen was complete. We baked, we cooked and we grilled! We had Ironman racers so the location was perfect. We enjoyed the place and was able to swim at the beach and walk the run path very near the house. Susan was super easy to talk to and was a wonderful host. Thank you.

Convenient location close to Dunsborough shops, beach. Beach & walking/running track accessible via a short corridor between 2 townhouses. Wayne set up the beds into singles for us once we asked. Balcony is fantastic, comfortable & private. Pool table. Comfortable lounge area with throw rugs to snuggle with. Huge kitchen. We were on a girls weekend & the townhouse was perfect.

A truly wonderful house, that looks exactly like the pictures. Was a wonderful 10 day stay for our family of 5. Location is great, 10/15 min walk into town and 2 min walk to the beach. Check in and out were very easy and Lisa responded to the few messages we exchanged quickly - really was no need to communicate more as everything was well explained prior to our arrival. A few more instructions on the tv set up and amenities and some extra cleaning products would have been good but other than that completely faultless and will look to book again next year.

A great venue for getting away from suburbia. The house was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and may make it an annual getaway. Thank you Team Swell 👌🏽👌🏽

Beautiful spot! Home is exceptionally clean and well-presented, great amenities and attention to detail. Tastefully furnished and the little extras made it cosy and inviting. Only slight drawback was wifi wasn't working so couldn't work remotely. Very easy access to shops and beach. Raul is a great host, very responsive. Overall a great stay, thank you for having us!

Annie & Dom's place is nice. very close to the beach and a spacious backyard. the outdoor shower is a nice touch as we can clean most of the sand off before entering. quiet surrounds and lotsa animals to see. close to Marg. lovely spot. that said, could use a fan or two in the summer as it can get pretty warm. overall, a beautiful spot. thank you.

We had a wonderful stay. Linette was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. The house came with good amenities which made our stay more comfortable. The outdoor seating area was so lovely, we enjoyed sitting there in the evenings watching the sunset. There were a few issues with the gas fireplace and the second toilet which could not be resolved during our stay, but we did appreciate Linette's efforts to try and fix them and it didn't affect our stay too much. We would definitely come back again and recommend this home to friends.

Great space, plenty of parking with lovely finishes in the house, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again, easy walking distances to the local shops and watering holes
