Set on a sublime bush block with maturing vegetation which offers a beautiful outlook and privacy. This beautiful, secluded accommodation features a hot outdoor shower, solid oak floors, stone bathroom, two person freestanding bath, beautifully furnished open plan lounge, queen sized bed and an elegant kitchenette. The Villa is located at the rear of my property behind my home.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, wifi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with hand rails, down to The Studio. Vintners is a contemporary, spacious, rural retreat nestled on 3 acres in the Yallingup Hills with a perfect layout for extended family/friends who love their privacy and space. Bedrooms are located in two wings that branch off from the central living area. Has an entertaining deck amongst the treetops. Home has direct access to a short walking trail. Only 8 min drive to Dunsborough town/beach. Linen hire cost is included in our cleaning cost rather than added into the nightly rate.
