Monthly Rentals in South Toms River

Great place, enjoyed my stay, very close to the beach. Pleased and would stay again. Two cons, the beds are a little uncomfortable but do able. Also the cleaning fee is a little high when there isn’t much they have to clean specially since there was no towels or linen.

Spent a month during our move from MT to PA The house was perfect in every way for our transition! It was clean & came with everything that made us feel like we were home! From a full kitchen w/ every gadget necessary to make homemade meals, large refrigerator, separate ice make which was perfect for the cooler when we went boating, a mini fridge. The The open plan was amazing! The dining room & beautiful kitchen were awesome for hosting & having family dinners! Each bedroom had comfortable beds, so much we bought a matress just like the one in the master bedroom! Lots of blankets! Having the washer/dryer was great! The dock, literally out back, was perfect for our pontoon! So convenient! The deck was wonderful for stitting outside in the evenings! Jonathan was the best host ever! He responded almost immediteky every time we asked for something, can't say enough about him! His recommendations on everything was spot on! We are so grateful for his flexibility and hospitality!

Wanted to try something new, never again. On the bright side the place was exactly as described. Hot water and Heater worked perfect. A little scary at night but it was gated so I felt kind of safe. Keith was a great host.

This is a cute, small house in a very safe neighborhood. It's in a convenient location walkable to the waters edge and a very short drive to grocery stores. The house has an eclectic decor which may not appeal to some people. Hot water, AC and all appliances are in good working order. This rental was for a 2 month period. The neighbors were very pleasant and Laura was a "chill" host. She's friendly, calm, responds quickly and respects the privacy of her renters. We would love to rent this house again. It was a very happy stay. Thank you Laura!
