Great apartment , close to the beach and many nearby trades!!!!

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything one expects, and more. Excellent location, and most importantly, Angelita's attention and predisposition for everything you need. Highly recommended.

We stayed almost 6 days in the apartment and we felt right at home. The location is spectacular as it is accessible to both shopping centers and different beaches. The apartment is as shown in the photos. It has a spectacular view. Israel was very friendly and gave us all the directions to make our stay easy.

The property is on the 21st floor, and the building is very well located. It has a covered garage (which fits an SUV). One of the advantages of this property is that it is only 500 meters from the beach and it is easy to do everything in the center on foot, you do not need to leave with the car or pay for parking. The apartment features traditional amenities with a balcony, bedroom, living room, service area and bathroom. Everything works perfectly and with quick responses from the Host. It would return for sure.

Everything went smoothly. At the reception we got the necessary information and in a few minutes the car was on the parking level and we were in the apartment. You feel absolutely safe in Villa Morro and can reach everything on foot or of course by bolt. Perfect stay in Asuncion. I would be happy to come back.

Excellent location, understanding hosts ✔️

Salomón, Betty and their ‘niña’ Lupe were very friendly, pleasant even cheerful. They made me feel comfortable from day one. The ‘casita’ was exactly as described, clean and tidy, in a safe location, complete with everything it was needed for someone’s staying. It can be accessed by an independent entrance. I was feeling safe, at peace and comfortable; had a great sleep, waking up to a beautiful ‘concert’ as lots of birds were chirping -singing- every morning. I do highly recommend staying at Zulema’s CASITA

Rosita and her husband were extremely kind, attentive. The place is quiet and easy to access. I recommend and would be back for sure!

The apartment is even better than what the photos show. Spacious, comfortable, complete apartment with all the necessary equipment and of great quality. Very good showers and gas heating. We felt at home!! Mr. Macedo was very kind, his fit is wide, comfortable, clean and with all amenities. Bed linens and bath linens. Location very central, close to everything. I definitely recommend!

We loved the stay, but I can't say the same about the co-host Tiago. We had a setback on our trip (which put my life and my wife's life at risk) and Tiago was totally uncompromising, he didn't make it any easier, he's someone who is only after the money, we understand everything about the cancellation rules but there is something called humanity, which he doesn't have. Otherwise the flat is perfect, now if it depends on him understanding something that might happen to you and you need to cancel, forget it, inhumane person.

Amazing place the Beija-Flor apartment! Very cozy, complete in structure, the hot tub is perfect and the whole apartment was impeccable! Communication with the host was great, always very requested. The location is ideal, close to downtown Gramado and Canela but away from the hustle. And every detail of the property, was very well thought out!
