I would like to express here our satisfaction with this stay at Rosana's house,the house is IMPECCABLE,extremely clean and organized,bedding and bath towels, equipped kitchen and with more items that the description informs, the beach is very quiet,perfect for children, it has a nearby market and beside a restaurant that serves on the beach and at home,all with affordable value and of great quality! Rosana is a wonderful host, received us with delicious afternoon coffee! Summary note 1000!! I recommend and we will definitely return many times!

We were staying the first half of January 2025 The place is lovely and very well-kept. Djennifer and her parents welcomed us with great affection. They were always available and highly predisposed. Hope to be back again.

The house was beautiful and had plenty of outside space. Very comfortable inside and just minutes from the lagoon. The location was quiet and very peaceful. Amazing views and Anisio was very responsive, helpful and friendly.

The house is excellent! The shared pool is beautiful and with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The house has two barbecues, one inside the kitchen and the other outdoors next to the home of the owners that provide a pool table, foosball and bocha. The kitchen is well equipped, so there is no need to worry about utensils or Appliances. The lagoon is excellent, there is nobody around, we were able to make stand up and kayak available mainly during the mornings which is when it does not sell much. The owners of the house appear to assist in whatever is necessary, to clean the pool and the outside areas, which keeps everything always clean and organized, but without being invasive. The house itself is well away from the center, so I recommend taking everything you consume before, having access to the big market closer to 15 km. The housekeeper, Neri, always very requested helped us with garbage, suggestions and with terrain and pool lighting, I very much request! I will definitely return!

Our lodging was wonderful, amazing place. Great outdoor villa with huge lawn, garden, and a super calm and clean lagoon ideal for children .We 'll be sure to return.

It was very nice to have stayed at your Alexandre's house. We stayed in three couples and felt at home. He made us comfortable, very nice. If you're thinking of staying somewhere near the pine tree beach, you can stay with it without a second thought.

Gabriela from the beginning was super friendly and helpful even before we started our stay. He even requested our flight number in order to ensure a smooth handover of the house. The house is a dream and super comfortable for 5 people, it has all the amenities you could need during your stay, even has beach equipment you can use! :D Our experience was a 10/10, we highly recommend it

We were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful, comfortable and quiet place. You know that house that has everything thought to the smallest detail! Both César, the host, and the homemade Alexandre, have always been ready and very friendly to meet us. The experience of this accommodation was great! We only have compliments.

The stay was great, we were very well received by Carol, which is homegrown. The house is private, functional and with an affective and cozy decoration. It could be more comfortable with the sofas and the bed. In addition, we found many brown spiders in the seven days we were there. Those who have the most sensitivity may be bothered. The great highlight is the outdoor area that has a beautiful and comfortable garden, and an amazing view of the Passaúna. There is a path that leads to the river, but we do not find it very safe to enter as it has a plated area and high grass. We spent pleasant days in Canto Sereno!

One of the most beautiful places we've ever seen! Light years ahead of what it looks on the listing photos. Impeccable attention in every small detail. An odd whim, rarely seen anywhere. Everything very organized, well thought out and remarkable the affection that was placed in each object, each corner. The well airy house, very clean and smelling rooms, fabrics, liners, towels and blankets impeccable. The outdoor area full of wonderful activities for fun and enjoying life. Everywhere you look, a painting of so beautiful. Flowers, plants, lakes gardens, all very beautiful. A wealth of rich water, to give a taste in life! Peixinhos on the lake for fishing with the children. A pond with turtle, carp and other gorgeous fish. Many flowers. Delicious pool. The hillway above is amazing, the view from above is beautiful, the giant tree is really immense. Anyway, here in this review there is not enough space to tell everything. Super recommended. We'll be back soon!

Guilherme and his wife were very attentive and kind. The house is very cozy and met our needs well. It was neat and clean. It has a portable barbecue area and grills that we use to make a barbecue on the balcony. A delight! The view to nature brings a lot of peace. Even a squirrel appeared on the tree in front of the balcony!! It was a very pleasant experience.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the chalet. We love the place, beautiful, cosy, perfect to get away from the city. We took advantage of everything we had, including the kayaks that stand in the lagoon facing the house. The internet was good and we were able to watch series, just alerting, not picking up a mobile operator signal in the region. The place is very peaceful and we can hear the noise of the birds. We prepared all the meals at the house and had all the utensils. I recommend and hope to return soon.

It was amazing, from the beginning the host treated us well, the place is even better than in the photos. Several things to do, trail, campfire, kayaking (which was our perverted kkkkk) we would definitely go back and we will recommend it to friends.

Our stay was simply lovely. The hut is surrounded by nature, quiet and serene environment. The proximity to the river provided us with incredible moments such as fishing and boating. The diversity of birds and the presence of the horses that came to feed very close to the hut made the experience even more special. I loved the hut, the place is very nice and quiet. for those looking for a space of peace, I recommend. The pond has an incredible sunset, practicing a stand up paddle in this scenario is demajs. the stay was a wonderful calm. The space of Sítio Shandoa is sensational and cozy. The village is full of amazing animals and with a very tasty structure and full of peace and tranquility for the family. It was a great experience! Beautiful place, quiet, many activities provided in the structure of the huts. Cabana beautifully decorated, extremely clean. Equipped with all the necessary items. Hosts were very requested, concerned about our convenience, and gave tips on activities in the area. I highly recommend it.
