Robs place was the perfect place to stay, so close to the beach and has everything you need!

Great place to stay and location. Loved hearing the ocean for two days ! Great area with lots of restaurants and fun. Could have used more toiletries with big fluffy towels and big slider needs cleaning but it was a fabulous two days and we would stay again! It was well worth a couple of small issues . Very soft comfortable beds which is important to me . Loved it ! Great hosts !

Loved this place!! We came to Cocoa Beach for one night because we were taking family pictures at the beach. The place was absolutely perfect……… I loved the cute little amenities and local treasures the host had for us which were so helpful. The location is perfect…… Literally walking distance to the beach. The host was also incredibly helpful and responsive. My husband and I wished that we were able to stay longer, but we will definitely be back for a longer family vacation next time! Thank you so much !!!

This property is beautiful. I loved all of the finishes in the home and every detail is considered. The back yard is large and has a fire pit with all the supplies needed to have a nice evening by the fire. Robert was a responsive host and easily available for any questions. The home is in a quiet area and feels so secluded and tucked away. Plenty of privacy and all the amenities you need. Highly recommend!

Great Place to stay, especially if you cruising from Port Canaveral, 13 minute drive , Very Clean and modern, just like pictures, Great place to stay if you visit the Beach area as well

We had great time at Deb's place. The apartment is pleasant, clean, well furnished, and nicely decorated. The balcony gives you a view of the ocean. The easy access to the beach is a great plus. It's close enough to the Kennedy Space Center and we could see a rocket preparing for the launch from the beach (Blue Origin?). It's about a 20 min walk to the waterway bringing vessels into the Cape Canaveral port and you we could admire the Cruise Ships and the barge with a landed SpaceX booster close-up. We did not get to see any launches, but looks like you could watch them from the beach. There is a lot of parking. If you have business in Orlando, you just get on the highway and you are at the parks in less than an hour of driving through a pleasant landscape.

Great location! Our access code didn’t work on arrival, but the host responded quickly to grant us access. Very clean and felt like home. Highly recommended.

Lovely unit, bigger than we thought and just over the road from the beach, nive restaurants and shops 5 minute drive away. Very cle an comfortable accommodation, great communication and even found us alternative accommodation after the hurricane, as we had lost power. Communication was the best we have ever had with an Airbnb. We were even invited to a post hurricane BBQ and met some lovely neighbours. Hopefully will be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool, the swings and the back yard were great for our 8 y old. The house was very clean and well equipped with plenty of towels, extra linens, pots & pans, spices etc. Bring your own shampoo/shower gel.

We had a wonderful family stay at Tim’s place- it was the perfect getaway. The home has all the amenities needed, the views are breathtaking, it’s very spacious and the pool was a plus when kids wanted a break from the ocean. It is far enough away from everything that it’s peaceful and relaxing but close enough for grocery trips and restaurants. Best part was the stars at night and catching a rocket launch. Truly felt like we were staying with family, warm and inviting. Would definitely return!

What a wonderful home. It is beautifully remodeled. I live a few blocks away and we rented this house for my family for 10 days while they were in town for Thanksgiving and we absolutely loved it. The outdoor area is super cute and it's at the end of the canal which is so cool. Lots of manatees showed up and a few dolphins. The house is actually even better in person than the photos. We will definitely stay here again!

Came to visit family for Thanksgiving and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It was centrally located to everything we needed. The view of the water from the living room/ balcony was something I looked forward to every morning. Everything was very clean the bathroom was huge and has everything you need. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with cooking supplies. The entire place was spacious and inviting. I would definitely recommend and stay here again! It’s on a busy street so the noise in the master bedroom at night was a little loud but they do provide ear plugs, we didn’t need them I just used a sound app on my phone and it was fine!

Jazmines’s place was nice and cozy. There was Christmas music going and a cute Christmas tree lit up. Very welcoming.

Jeanne was a wonderful host! She always responded to my questions and her place is beautiful. It was even more space than we needed and is a great location. You can easily get to the airport in less than an hour and then less than 15 minutes in the other direction is the beach . But the closeness to a main road did have some noise from the passing traffic but it wasn’t too bad while we were there. The grocery store and other necessities are very close and the property is well maintained (both the unit itself and the building and surroundings). We didn’t use the pool (a bit too cold when we were there) but it looked nice. The gym was a bonus and we loved being on the water! Have the restaurant Dolphin’s right there was also very convenient. We’d definitely stay there again!

A++. Monica (and Paul)'s place was as attractive as the live rocket launches, the huge cruise ships leaving the terminals, the beach. We loved the apartment. Monica has catered to every detail to make the guests time in the apartment very comfortable. All of us enjoyed the view of the ocean and the sound of waves right from the apartment. Walking to the beach was a breeze. One can walk to some good restaurants and others are short drives away. The kitchen is fully stocked, so cooking and having a drink at the apartment were great options as well. It was a pleasure communicating with Monica. We won't be thinking of another place to stay during our next visit to Cocoa Beach.

Tony’s Condo is perfect to discover space coast, hyper cosy, and right across the beach. The only issue was about the pool area that was still closed even if Tony told me the renovation would be done by my checkin time so be sure to double check with him if it’s a big matter to you ;)

This was a great condo and super close to the beach! The amenities were absolutely amazing. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and even sunscreen and aloe! I would suggest bringing a couple fans, the condo does get hot at night regardless of thermostat and also some earplugs if people are staying above you. We would absolutely stay here again and Monique & Sal were wonderful hosts.

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning! Thank you Melanie!

I cannot say enough great things about Jeanne and her beautiful beachfront condo. It has everything you could ever need, is spotless and so well taken care of. Jeanne is an amazing hostess and is so helpful. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Small simple studio perfect for the two of us. Super close and easy to the beach, walking distance to the main section of Cocoa Beach where the restaurants are. Really enjoyed the place, the beach and the surroundings. Thanks!
