Condo vacation rentals in South Kuta

This place was an absolute gem!. Located down a quiet street, but walking distance to great beachfront restaurants, and also to shops. The photos portray the property, with a modern homely layout & decor. The pool was nice and clean and was lovely to pop out your door straight to the pool. All of the staff were fantastic, and I would thoroughly recommend booking a massage in your room. We will definitely be staying again if we come back to Canggu.

Probably my best stay of all so far. The tiny house has everything you need, and everything is well-made: nothing broken or malfunctioning, everything is clean, and there are no signs of wear. The villa features an excellent deep and long pool, which was a lifesaver on rainy days. Moreover, the villa has an amazing host, Carole, who helped with any questions, engaged in light conversations, and even invited us to celebrate Christmas. Just think about it: I needed a vase for flowers, and she found one for me made from a bottle with the neck cut off. It was a great couple of weeks.

This listing felt like home, I wish I'd booked a longer stay. very close to the busy action of Seminyak but far enough away from it that you feel relaxed. there are restaurants and convenient stores right outside.

Had the most laid back holiday.When it arrived on the first day, it was Christmas Eve, caught up with Carole's Christmas party, and ate the special food her friends brought from France, which was very kind to everyone.Also very grateful for Carole's thoughtful care, ordered a Chinese meal would give me a taste, also helped me recommend Chinese restaurants, maybe I was afraid that I was not used to local food, anyway, it was very considerate, like a loved one and a friend.Limited holidays, unlimited memories, blessing everyone with new years, happiness and happiness!

Thank you for having us in your villa, Carole, and for the wonderful recommendations (spas, salons, shopping, motorbike rentals, laundry, and other experiences) as well as the lovely chats. :) Carole’s place is just a few minutes by motorbike from the beach, tennis/padel clubs, and all the activities in Sanur. The room is perfectly sized for two people, with thoughtfully located power outlets throughout—ideal for working remotely. The pool is always clean and a great size, and the communal kitchen has everything we needed—perfect for preparing our own breakfasts.

Carole is such a fantastic host! She is frequently at the property and always happy to chat and offer suggestions. We had never visited Bali and whete a bit nervous, but Carole was always there to help with everything from arranging a driver to pick us up from the airport to recommending great restaurants and services. The property is also quiet and peaceful, I met several other amazing guest from all over the world. I highly recommend this property and host!

Getting to Samuels apartment posed some difficulties, mainly the last 100m. The outside view of the apartment was a bit older looking (but not old) than I expected from pictures on Airbnb but the inside was exactly as described. The apartment was clean and tidy with no smells. The kitchen and lounge rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have a lounge upon which you could actually ‘lounge’. The TV and internet were good and efficient: Netflix and Prime I think as well. Internet was fast and reliable. It was nice to have HOT as well as cold water in the kitchen sink. Beds were comfortable and showers hot in both ensuite and bathroom. We used the bedroom AC overnight and it was OK but lounge one struggled whenever we used it. All need re-gassing but new ones are evidently on order; not a big deal for us. Pool directly outside was wonderful, 10 x 3m x 1.3, not deep but SUPER CLEAN, for units 4 and 5 use only. Taris the manager and staff were A++ A Great Stay

Had a wonderful stay here at Seminyak. Host was very responsive before and during my stay, which was very comforting to me. The place was exactly like the pictures listed and clean. Great place to stay at and thankful for the host’s hospitality!

location is great easy to get anywere, accomadation is well kept and lovely, the staff are amazing very helpful and very friendly , great place to stay with family, friends or solo

i quickly need a place with a fast internet connection. they had a fast optic-fiber connection which was a lot faster then they communicated. Kitchen was also well equipped and bathroom was clean

This place is centrally located with all amenities near it. The hosts were great. The space is great too-has everything you'd need. I'd stay here again!

Peaceful and clean. You can hear frogs at night, so bring an earplugs if you're sensitive to that :)

✅ Brand new apartment!! (only 4 months old as of Nov '24). The unit is on 2nd floor - cozy, brightly-lit, and easily accessible. Safe and there's always a security guard in front of the apt building at night. Nice WiFi. ✅ LOVELY staff mgmt. They created a WA group prior to arrival for in-person check in. Daily apt cleaning, change towels & linen every 3 days! The cleaning guy paid a lot of attention to detail, is very kind, and cleaned the place so well. ✅ Drinking water container is always replenished every day. ✅ We didn't rent a car/scooter, and this place is very walkable to both local and tourist spots. There's a gym nearby called Bali Seminyak Fitness with weekly pass. Grab is extremely easy to call from the place, including food delivery. ❌ The shower drain clogged multiple times because the pipe is small. The staff did take care of it immediately by removing the gunk blocking it. ❌ The balcony on top is always hot because of sun + AC output, so it's not comfortable.

I stayed at Hana's place for about five days and I really enjoyed it. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, the shower was hot, and there was plenty of storage for my things. The room is on the smaller side but for one or two people it should be fine once you unpack your essentials into the closet and drawers. The location is excellent, a short walk to plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. It's very quiet and peaceful which I really valued. The pool was a good size and very refreshing, the common areas were nice and spacious, plenty of different areas to sit and relax. Hana arranged an Airport Transfer to pick me up and bring me back to the accomodation which I really appreciated. She could also arrange a scooter but I had already found one from a nearby provider otherwise I would have gotten her help with this too. If you want to spend some time exploring and getting to know the Seminyak area then this is perfect.

Perfect location: close to everything but no noise at all, just the birds. For that price it doesn't get any better. Big swimming pool, space, big room and bathroom, friendly staff.. Putu was always responding when I had some doubt. Would go back again
