Loft vacation rentals in South Italy

The most unique place I ever experienced , Old buildings but everything inside are so well organised, decorated and designed , very impressive; Host is totally trustful and friendly; The place is just 10min walk distance from the heart of Matera, lots of nice things around. Highly recommended !

Our family of 7 celebrated Thanksgiving together at what felt like our home away from home. What a fabulous find! This was my 4th stay in Rome at an Airbnb and this was by far the most unique experience in an apartment that was out of this world. Perfectly suited for a large family and situated in a vibrant area, with everything within walking distance. Martin was very kind and communicative. He was a wonderful host. Fede was beyond helpful always going the extra mile to answer all our questions, meeting all of our needs and offering very helpful recommendations along the way. We would not hesitate to highly recommend the Noblemen’s Loft and hope to return one day soon!

We had an amazing time at the Vicoloft!We loved the location on a lively street, just steps from restaurants and bars, yet surprisingly quiet. We did the Devour Trastevere Food and Wine tour our first night… the meetup was less than 5 mins walk from the place, and the restaurants were also very close. We felt very safe the entire time! The communication was stellar from Alessandro, incredibly fast and helpful responses, recommendations, and even the arrangement of a private transfer to the airport at a reasonable price compared to taxis (about 70 euro) that was helpful on the morning of our flight when we didn’t want to chance public transport with pur luggage. We did take public transportation from the airport the first day and found it very easy too, just one train from the airport station and a single bus totaling around 1 hour (slower train for about 20 euro total for both of us!) and perhaps a 5 minute walk. There was an incredibly helpful video sent to get us to the door! Love!

Marco's place is in an amazing location. Easily walkable to many of Rome's sights. Even better than his place is Marco himself. Super friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

The apartment was cozy and nice and had everything we needed. Made us feel like we were at home. Hosts were very responsive and helped us a lot by giving us information on where to eat and many other things. We would certainly recommend it.

exelente place to escape to the madness of Rome, the road is magical and upon arrival we were very well received by the host who explains everything about the place and what to do in the surroundings, we will definitely return.

I had a lovely stay in this apartment. It is beautiful, modern and spacious with a lovely courtyard. Really close to some supermarkets and restaurants for all the essentials and it's a walking distance from Termini Station.

I was in Naples for 10 days and rented Antonio's apartment for it. The apartment is centrally located between the historic old town, the harbor area and the Quartieri Spagnoli. By metro, but also on foot you can easily get to the train station for spacious excursions. For me alone, the apartment was more than sufficient, it is definitely suitable for two. It is very well equipped and cozy. The only limitation: the (milk-glazed) windows face a narrow alley and next door is the kitchen of a bar and opposite a scooter factory town. Late at night and at night, this was no problem, especially since the apartment is not on a busy road. Antonio is super hospitable and helpful. We have arranged check-in and check-out flexibly. Right on the day of arrival, Antonio gave me a lot of tips on what to do in the area and in the surrounding area. He was always easily accessible. I'd love to come back! :)

The apartment was just as described - beautiful, artsy, lovely patio, clean. It's not a large space - but roomy enough for the two of us - great use of space with lots of tucked away areas. The location is wonderful - so close to the Spanish Steps with its many restaurants and shops. Daria was ALWAYS responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. The description fully discloses it is on the 5th floor and other reviewers mentioned the steps - they are no joke. After climbing the Spanish Steps and then doing those, we were tired - but this was expected... so this is not a negative review - just be aware. Thank goodness for the lift that Georgio so kindly used to take our luggage upstairs. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. I loved sitting on the patio early in the morning with coffee, or in the evening with a glass of wine...the furniture is lovely and very comfortable. Thanks so much to Daria and Georgio for a fabulous place to stay as an introduction to Rome :o)

Perfect spot, away from the noise and the train the runs by is not an issue. When coming into unit remember you will receive 3 lock codes for each door (just push the right one). Maria mentioned it but I forgot from all the excitement. The unit is kept pretty clean, and our overall experience was a great one. Everything is walking distance (grocery store, food, cafes, pizza) loved it

This “palace” in Korcula is truly worth the expense. It is literally in the middle of the old town, located in a silent street, in a very old building with a courtyard. Everything is nearby and hosts help you carry the luggage in the few minutes walk from the ferry. We were greeted with home-made grappa and limoncello. The house is very large, both bedrooms, looking identical, are large and comfortable. All the information, from taxis to guidebooks, are available. If we went there again, no doubt we would stay in the same place.

We were happy to have found a gem of an apartment staying at Serena's. Communication was always great before and during our stay. The location was convenient & walkable to many spots we also felt very safe at all times. Clearly, Serena took pride in her apartment & we would recommend fellow travellers to stay here too.

This was truly a great stay! Giulio was an amazing host, very responsive and always there to help. Checkout is at 10am but my flight wasn’t until 7pm. Giulio allowed me to store my luggage as I continued exploring in Trastevere. Great location in the neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s. He was an incredibly responsive and communicative host who shared lots of great Palermo recommendations with us. Check-in was easy, and the apartment is conveniently located. (We grabbed the bus from the airport and it dropped us off just a few blocks from his place.) The apartment was very clean and had the amenities needed to cook meals in the apartment (olive oil, salt, utensils, etc.). As a note, there was a lot of noise from the upstairs neighbors throughout the evening and early morning, so earbuds are definitely recommended for sleeping. Thanks Daniele!

Everything about the place was perfect. It was small but felt like home to us. The accommodation was kept in pristine condition and any questions we had were promptly answered by the fantastic host. I'd recommend this for anyone, especially if you are in Naples for a long-term stay.

we stayed 2 nights , cozy little house with all the comforts described , Mr. Gianni and his wife were exquisite, kind and friendly, and also gave us advice on nearby places to visit. The loft also enjoys a beautiful panoramic view with a small and delicious porch from which you can admire the view. Highly recommended loft , we will definitely be back !

So so good! What a great place to stay. The hospitality was wonderful. So kind and welcoming. Easy transport to city center and a hip fun bar Klang literally outside the private gate. One thing I will say is if you're traveling in winter bring warm socks as the downstairs is a bit cold. The bedroom was warm and cosy though. Great stay and I'd visit again!

Lovely cozy apartment with a large terrace and a great view of the mountains. Ideal location next to the sea and the city center of Budva. Very clean and cozy apartment, cleanliness is very important for me. Attentive host, always in touch. We were very pleased to spend our time at this property
