Alida makes you feel right at home from the start. she is communicative and responsive. Simple Treasure is small, cozy, free of clutter, clean and close to so many things. I only wish it would not have rained so much so we could enjoy walking in this serene, beautiful neighborhood!

I had a wonderful stay during my month-long clinical rotation & overall, it was a good experience. Nisha was an excellent communicator, always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The parking situation was very convenient, with free street parking available and I was also able to park in the driveway, which was a huge bonus. The only minor issue I encountered was with cleanliness. When I arrived, it seemed like the space could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The bathroom floor, particularly the shower, could have used more cleaning, and the rug appeared as if it hadn't been vacuumed. Additionally, I found a muffin pan left in the oven that hadn't been cleaned for a while. Bed initially had a strand of hair so I had to clean that with a lint roller. Despite cleanliness concerns, the overall stay was comfortable. I would recommend it for those doing a clinical rotation near by.

Beautiful and convenient location. Close to shopping area, coffee shops, and restaurants. The host was very nice and friendly, and I enjoyed my stay.

Randy place was definitely amazing , close to airport &’ walking distance from food places.
