Private suite vacation rentals in South-East Melbourne

My husband and I were looking for an accommodation for a couple night getaway with beach access. This ticked the box perfectly. The location was fantastic with easy walking access to the beach, Woolies and places to eat. Very nice walking trail nearby and public transport if needed. Had everything we needed and friendly and responsive host.

I stayed with my one-year-old child for 5 days. The guest house has a safe lockbox and a nice garden in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we enjoyed it with the kids. The summer in Melbourne was bright until 9 and the room itself was bright. The rental car is parked in front of the house, but it is easy to park. There is a cat in the house next door that is quite accustomed to and healing. There was an oven range, and I was very grateful that they provided extra towels and free food. It was also helpful to have a flat plate that is difficult to break for children. Anastasia was on the second floor, so we were a little worried about each other's noise, but it wasn't a problem for us. Thank you!

One of our best AirBnb experience. We immediate feel the history of and Sam's passion for the house. The house is spacious, the bathroom itself is bigger than one of our bedroom at home. Sam has welcomed us in person and given us tips around Moonee Ponds which turned out to be very helpful. Ample street parking. And the location is a short walk to the tram line. In short, it's such a gem in Melbourne.

Such a lovely well maintained spot for weekend away. This place is perfect for self retreat! You will be appreciate all the owners kindness of work for interior and exterior! 💜

Our second stay. the accommodation is very nice. Large TV to watch Australian Open well provided kitchen with helpful items to start stay such eggs butter coffee. Outside eating area with great views and grey kangaroos on the terrace below. We very much hope to be able to stay again on our next visit to the grandchildren.. all clean and tidy.

We had an amazing stay at the air bnb. Comfy interiors, modern and clean bathroom with great sized bath, and lots of outdoor space for us to enjoy the sun and for the pups to run around. Would 100% recommend this to our friends and family.

Susan is very welcoming & the apartment is lovely and extremely comfortable. All the extra touches (breakfast supplies, brownies, beautiful roses) really made this a special place to stay.

Lisa and Tim were so fabulously hospitable! Genuinely our favourite part of our holiday was returning to the cosy little bungalow to relax and enjoy time together in the beautiful space! The Bungalow was perfectly isolated but did not feel confined or inaccessible. It was open, inviting and filled with anything you could have required on your trip! We felt so welcome and at home, and we can not wait to come right back, just to spend more time enjoying the space. The location is optimal for exploring the island but also very close to a beach less populated than the main beaches, making it truly feel like a private piece of paradise. Chatting to Lisa was also lovely, she is so friendly and vibrant, and she and Tim are such proactive hosts! We are so grateful to have stayed!

Urban Sanctuary is the perfect name for this cosy little Airbnb. I stayed at Christmas, it was so homey with a special touch of Christmas cheer. The decor was lovely, the lighting at night inside and in the garden provided an ambience which added to the serenity and the bed was soooo comfy. Mitra was always quick to respond to my communication. She was welcoming and friendly. The little goodies she left and her attention to every detail shows how much she cares for her guests. Looking forward to returning.

Fantastic location in port Melbourne, super close to the promenade and a short walk to the main strip. Loved the easy ground floor access. The space is great and had all we needed for our stay. Dawn was great to communicate with and we appreciated the early check in. Will definitely stay again next time we are down that way !

Rebekah is so lovely she made staying there honestly one of the best experiences me and my girlfriend have had, she had lots of little gifts for us including an amazing cheese platter on my borthday; she was nothing but respectful and I would 100% recommend this stay for anyone wanting a peaceful private stay!

Cosy and tidy place only a few steps from the beach. enough room for parking. seven eleven, bus stop an bakery pretty much around the corner.

The home decor and furnishing were very welcoming and comfortable and all the rooms were spacious. The outdoor vistas were glorious and the morning and evening birdsong was delightful. The cul de sac street location was also very peaceful and there was no traffic noise. Pauline and Andre provided extra touches that made our visit feel luxurious: a huge bowl of fresh in-season selection of fruits, and chocolates and savoury crisps snacks greeted our arrival. Perhaps the only thing I could have asked for was a tea towel for our kitchen wash ups, but I had brought my own. I had also brought my own camping induction cooking hob because the photographs indicated no stove top in the kitchenette, but we discovered an electric induction hob was also provided - it was stored in a cupboard under the kitchen sink bench.
