we had a wonderful stay, place was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. our host provided a good assortment of titbits as well as breakfast ( milk,bread, butter and jam) to start us off.location was ideal as it was very near a train station. would definitely stay at her place again when next in Melbourne.

As a previous Superhost, it goes without saying that our expectations are reasonably high. So we were thrilled to see that Sue's apartment matched everything we expected from the listing. The apartment itself has everything you need to make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's clean and well located to many local amenities with just a short 6 minute walk to supermarket,restaurants etc. It's also very convenient to Central Melbourne, a 12 minute walk will take you to the local station, which has regular train services to the town centre in less 30 minutes. Sue is very friendly, helpful and responsive, she made our stay unforgettable, and our only disappointment was that we could not stay longer. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Melbourne.

The Airbnb itself is lovely, a whole little apartment that opens up into the large back garden. The space is beautiful, really well looked after and clean but the garden for us was the best part of our stay here. The views are incredible and the wildlife was abundant. It’s a short walk to the Research shops and an 5/10 minute journey to Eltham. Upon arrival there was bread, milk, tea and coffee, and we were asked our preference on white or red wine. The hosts were really friendly and kind also and I’d definitely recommend staying here!

place was great and had everything we needed at a reasonable price. The kids loved the farm animals and were kept entertained throughout our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the outskirts of Melbourne

Beautiful location across from the creek, very peaceful and comfortable stay.

A lovely, caring and attentive hostess. Air con was needy of replacement. But Donna made up for any deficiency with her bright, and sweet personality. This client had special physical needs and Donna thought it no hassle to satisfy them. Highly recommend her and her abode. By the way the property was in an attractive location with obviously similarly caring neighbours.

The first thing my partner and I said as we left was “If we ever need to stay at Phillip Island again we will definitely be coming back here!” I couldn’t recommend this staycay more. Kathryn and her husband are wonderful hosts and extremely kind people and their air bnb is gorgeous. 10/10, Best air bnb experience we’ve had!

Susan is very welcoming & the apartment is lovely and extremely comfortable. All the extra touches (breakfast supplies, brownies, beautiful roses) really made this a special place to stay.

Great place to stay for 3 nights to get away from busy Melbourne. Made even better by a cute coffee shop a short walk away. Sarah and Lennon responded quickly to any questions. Accommodation was very clean and had great size bathroom! Overall definitely would recommend staying here!

Nothing but 5 stars! Every part of our stay was divine - from the fresh brownie on arrival, offers to take care of our pooch and the walking distance to the beach. The space was everything we needed for our short stay, and are so thankful we were able to experience Lisa & Tim’s small slice of heaven that is Smiths Beach. Somewhere we would absolutely love to visit again!

Sucha cute cozy spot out in Mt Eliza, close to the beach and a good drive out to many places around the peninsula, will definitely come back here again!

I had a lovely stay with my family overnight, my son was immediately drawn to all the toys provided by the host, the place is clean, spacious and has everything we needed for an overnight stay.

This apartment could not have been more convenient. With free trams throughout Melbourne’s Central Business District (CBD), we got everywhere we wanted to go for free in minutes. They list it as a secure place and we’ve never stayed in the heart of a city in a place with better security.

Staying at Ross' place was a delight. A secluded, private get away close to many attractions and the beach. Listening to the waves at night was a magical way to be lulled to sleep. The breakfast aupplies were a lovely surprise. Judy was very welcoming. Highly recommended sanctuary.

We had an excellent stay at Julie's accommodation. The place was modern, spotless, well-equipped, and in a private and peaceful setting, well away from any busy roads. Juliet is an excellent host who really thinks of everything. We would highly recommend this accommodation and plan to return as soon as we can.
