This was our second trip to the same place, we love it so much. This is the ideal place for anyone wanting to relax with a serene private view to the gorgeous Yarra Valley. The house is as perfect as is in the pictures. Fiona and her team are super host. Always there to accommodate and help. Our favorite places around to visit are Alowyn gardens, Antique shops at Yarra Glen and restaurants. Since December is a very busy wedding season, all the nearby cafes and restaurants were busy catering the weddings and closed for walk-in customers, so we tried eateries in Lilydale. We had a wonderful time on the whole. Thank you 😊

Aside from the amount of steps, the place was great. We were also able to feed the birds. It can be a bit cold due to the timed heater for those who are more accustomed to a warmer weather during the cold season. It has a great private outdoor bbq area as well.

The house is beautifully appointed, very spacious and ideally located for the cafes and restaurants on Glenferrie Road as well as the trams to the city or down to the coast. The garden area is nicely shaded and the house has every amenity you need for a great stay.

Louise’s place is lovely. It’s smaller than the photos make it out to be, but it has everything you need. Very clean, very neat and a nice breakfast. The pull out bed was quite awkward and in the way, but we managed to make it work. Great spot if you have a car and easy to walk to the city.

We loved our stay at The Piano Factory. We truly felt like home and everything was convenient from where we are located. Although we had lots of family, we wanted our space and we could not have asked for a better location than this. Melinda and Steve made us feel so welcome, leaving snacks, milk and bread with some other knick snacks. They had the myki card available for us to travel around, umbrella and even shopping bags. They have thought about everything to make our trip comfortable. Thank you.

Our stay with Jessica was the best experience I’ve had on AirBnB. The apartment was neat, clean, and had all the amenities we needed (a lovely washer and dryer!). It’s super easy to get to the city by tram, and close to lots of great restaurants and bars in a cool art district in Melbourne. Jessica was really helpful when we checked in and our flight was very delayed - all her communication was proactive and clear. We always had what we needed!

Location is perfect. Walking distance to shops, botanical gardens & Cloudhill Gardens. Lovely touches left in the apartment. Property sparkling clean. Property has a lovely homely vibe. We only live 35 minutes away, but it felt like we had travelled somewhere far far & away from the suburbs

The original two-bedroom cottage at Napier Quarter was built in 1859 – just a year after the suburb was established and 20 years before 19-year-old Robertson MacPherson started his confectionary business, and imported chewing gum from the United States. Fitzroy would become known as 'white city' when white-painted MacRobertson factories dominated the suburb. After James Inkster built his tiny residence on Napier Street, he added a corner shop, and this is now the Wine Bar, with the Guesthouse above. Daniel and his business partner Simon have created something very special here, in the heart of Fitzroy. There's a curated elegance about the accommodation, a moody aesthetic. When we arrive, there's fresh bread and later, coffee and biscuits from the kitchen next door. Great coffee. And a fridge with butter and preserves, and yoghurt for the house-made granola. Twilight drinks at the Wine Bar can easily morph into dinner and a nightcap. A wonderful wine list, wonderful experience.

We were so rapt to greeted by this friendly huge puppy which i instantly fell in love with! The house was old but welcoming, spacious with 3 bedrooms! It was surrounded by beautiful scenery all-around the platform. The land Huge!!! Thank you much for hosting us! And before I forget, thanks so much for the lovely cake. Yummy bread and all the other provisions!! Have a happy xmas!

Our only complaint about our stay at Jo’s Bed and Breakfast is that we did not stay longer! Jo greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour of the house as well as recommendations for dinner. The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated with little Christmas touches that made it feel homely and cosy. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the city lights of Melbourne in the evening - I would highly recommend to other guests seeking a peaceful and quiet getaway from the city.
