Friendly host. Very peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful back yard with fishing deck. Host also provides kayaks for guests. If you like kayaking and fishing, highly recommended. I will be back when I visit Orlando again.

A.P was a very friendly and responsive host. We had a few questions and he got back to us very quickly. The home was great, nice and spacious and plenty of space for the three of us who stayed. Would come back if we were ever in the area.

This place was everything and more! It smelled amazing and was very clean and had everything we could have wanted. Only thing I wish it had was some fans, we are fan sleepers lol but other than that everything was just amazing, beds were comfortable, heated pool was an absolute favorite with the kids. The kids had a lot of fun catching the lizards in the back yard. It was close to everything ! Would recommend!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

What a great week at this beautiful home! Anne was the perfect host and was here cleaning the pool every day. The home is spacious, updated and clean. Just a perfect launching spot for all of our family adventures around town and at the beaches. Look no further for the perfect place in NSB!

Nice house in a great location for visiting family in the area. Very clean. Matched the photos exactly. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong / air hockey table. Mandi communicated very clearly and promptly. The kitchen is lacking in a few things, like a cutting board or a grater, and knives are a bit dull so if you plan on cooking, you might need to bring some items. Be careful if you try to open the larger windows, I actually broke one. Mandi handled it professionally and very fairly. I would definitely return!

NSB has been our favorite place to visit for years and this is our first time staying away from the beach. The place was absolutely beautiful and we pretty much had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Loved being able to walk to some of our favorite local places, including Island Roasters for coffee and Outriggers for lunch/happy hour. Also great to be at the marina to dock our friends’ boat for quick outings. Our family had the best stay with close friends and highly recommend this place. Stephanie was wonderful to work with!!
