The house is spacious and cozy and stands at the very beautiful and quiet corner of the lake. It is equipped very well too. We particularly enjoyed kayak and hot tab. Janice's responded to my message very quickly and gave us very clear instructions too. Highly recommended.

Stunning location! I visited here with my husband and two young children and it was perfect for a little family getaway. The weather was definitely on our side too! The lake was so peaceful, we loved everything about the accommodation. We visited Bourton-on-the-water, Chichester Park, Cotswold Country Farm and more. We will definitely be returning!

Myself and five friends had the most wonderful stay at the beautiful Lake House. Mark was prompt with any queries and kindly let us check-in early after some of our group had travelled from far away. The house was as described and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen and appreciated the three spot-less bathrooms. The sun shone for us, so we were able to enjoy the wrap-around decked outdoor seating area and take advantage of the kayak and rowing boat. The attention to detail with the provision of sporting equipment and board games was fantastic! We enjoyed walks along the canal and to other easily accessible lakes and had a good choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. My friends all discussed returning in the future as a group and with our families. Thank you Mark for making our weekend.

Hannah’s place is wonderful and Hannah is a great host! She had been super helpful with recommendations and very flexible on check in. The house is lovely with great views and beautiful surroundings. The kids enjoyed the playground and all the amenities within the development. We hope to be back over the summer.

Lovely stay in stow. Was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. Perfect location right in the middle of the town. We were lucky enough to find a parking space on sheep street a one minute walk away. We would definitely recommend this flat. Noel and Karen are just the best! They could not have been more helpful. the property was breathtaking, somehow even better than the photos, Everybody in our party commented on how beautiful and comfortable the house was. Nobody wanted to leave. Noel went above and beyond with his messages, responding almost instantly with a great deal of helpful information. We left with some amazing memories. I could not be happier. I've spent the last couple of days scrolling though pictures of our lovely mini trip wishing I was there again. thanks again for all your help. Hayley

We had a wonderful stay in the Cotswolds at Vince’s place; absolutely stunning outside space for relaxing with the family and a beautiful house with everything you’d need for the perfect getaway - will 100% be coming back! Also the audio nerd in me was incredibly impressed with the ‘Naim MuSo’ wireless speaker system - a superb extra to find!

We had a lovely stay for a few nights. It wasn't great weather, so the little games room on site was very useful to entertain the kids. Great, quiet, countryside location but not too far from pubs etc. The barn had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Would absolutely recommend to friends and family. My Wife and I stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments. We were able to find decent overnight parking. I would probably suggest booking parking w/ Sally beforehand as spaces do go quickly. Had the pleasure of meeting Sally as I was heading out to grab coffee. Such a pleasant and warm host. She provided some good suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. A great getaway.

We had to stay in Bath for a night due to the train disruption, so we booked this place very last minute. But Melisa was really friendly and the place was perfect for us to relax after a 7hrs train journey. Super close to everything you need, would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely short stay at Apple Tree Cottage when visiting Chippenham to attend a friend’s baby shower. Faye was there to greet us on arrival, was always nearby if we needed anything and very friendly. She was flexible with our arrival time. The cottage has private off-road parking with plenty of space, we had 2 cars in our group so that was handy. The cottage is very well equipped, cosy but also spacious with beautiful period features. The master bedroom could easily fit a cot at the bottom of the bed. The cottage is by a fairly busy road, but didn’t feel like it with a private entrance and garden to the rear and a gate to close off the driveway. We would stay again when visiting Chippenham in future.

Khirsty is a fantastic host – thoughtful, welcoming, and really goes the extra mile. She even saved us a parking spot and left some delicious cookie bars for us, which was such a nice touch. The place itself is beautiful – super tastefully done, with lovely clean linen and high-quality touches throughout, like the body cream and lotions. It really felt like a home away from home. Would absolutely recommend!

The perfect location to enjoy some peace and tranquility in the countryside. The house also benefits from being right on the lake with a private jetty where you can use all the kayaks and paddle-boards provided. In the surrounding areas there are some beautiful walks where you can explore the nearby areas. The local village in South Cerney is within walking distance which has some convenience stores. It is also very close to drive to some bigger supermarkets for anything else needed. Inside the house, everything is pristine and decor is to a very high standard. The kitchen and dining area was a great open space with room for all of us to be in without feeling cramped. We found a lovely welcome basket included by the hosts and there are all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. The layout of the house was perfect and the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms was great, even for a group of girls! Overall we had a fabulous trip and the hosts were always on hand to provide recommendations.

We had a such enjoyable stay at Spinney Falls house. The house is beautiful and in a great location with a gorgeous view from upstairs balcony and bedrooms. The open plan layout is great and the pool table was a hit. The house is situated close to the pool and the football field wasn’t far away either. We had children ranging from 18 months old to 13 years old and everyone had a fabulous weekend. We’d definitely return. Many thanks!

This was our second time staying in one of Linda's properties, and our fourth time at Lower Mill Estate. We love the estate, so peaceful but with lots to do. Ewen House is a perfect location for the Mill Village pool, playground and activity hub, and only a few mins walk from the indoor pool and restaurant. The house was great with lots of space and everything we needed. Amazing welcome basket of goodies too.

I would strongly recommend this home stay. It had everything we were looking for in a day trip with our family and kids. There was self-check-in and check-out, and the house was fully equipped with everything we could imagine in a country house. We felt like we experienced the English countryside during our stay. The pictures don’t do justice. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, and the home itself was top-notch, especially the decor. Barry did an amazing job with the interiors. Barry was great at communication, and the detailed descriptions were really helpful! We would like to thank Barry for keeping the house the way it should.

Beautiful place and had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend. Only issues were due to the lack of kindling and fire starters which were state in the job description. When we finally got in touch with our stay manager (the chat function was for the general company) he told us they weren’t available due to it now being BBQ season. The exact date that started wasn’t listed on the property description or rule book on arrival. Also it never stated that these amenities wouldn’t be available during that period. I felt the blame was put on us as customers for the mix up - which should not of been the case. Aside from that the property manager brought us some in a timely manner which partially made up for it! Aside from that it was a wonderful stay and we all had a brilliant weekend
