Tranquil Waters

Lovely house with a swimming pool by the river Nene, at the edge of a small village with shop and pub. The house has beautiful views across fields and river, and is set in a landscaped garden, with terraces, decking, lawn for football / cricket with children, and a sunken trampoline. There are nice walks and cycle paths from the house. Cambridge is 45minutes drive, London is 45minutes from the nearest train station, and we are well connected to the motorway network to get to / from our house.

Victor is a high-spec, self-catered, stable conversion, with a Visit England 4 Star Gold Award. Access to outdoor swimming pool, hot-tub, gym, boules pitch and private garden. Set in a great location (7 miles from Cambridge) in the beautiful village of Barrington with the picturesque village pub, the Royal Oak, just 5 minutes walk away, with a great network of walks and bike rides from your doorstep. Unfortunately we cannot take children, but we welcome well-behaved dogs (sorry no cats).

Riverside Accommodation with private balcony

Cam Cottage Cabin is right on the river and is accessed through courtyard gates. It is secluded and an isolated spot nestled in an acre and a half of grounds. It has a private balcony overlooking the River Cam where you can observe rowers, swans and herons gliding by. It is a 20-25 minute stroll along the river towpath into the historic centre of Cambridge or a ten minute bike ride. A Tesco local is 2 mins away, pizza pub and coffee bar and post office. Friendly Labradors roam freely.

Beautiful lakes, gardens, countryside and wildlife.

Located in Clare, the lovely Gothic House Cottage is part of a Grade II listed building, and has the benefit of an open and airy extension overlooking the garden whilst retaining the cosy cottage feel. A perfect base from which to explore the rich heritage of West Suffolk, with the added bonus of the use of an outdoor, heated swimming pool and grass tennis court in the warmer months.
