Excellent costumer service. Hotel very clean and comfortable.

We have been two families, 4 adults and 4 children. The location is perfect, the apartment was clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Good connection by metro and bus.

The BnB was absolutely beautiful. Very roomy, lots of space and very comfortable beds and furniture. Good wifi. Very clean bathroom. All the rooms were clean and warm. We all felt it was much better than staying at a hotel. Varied and delicious continental breakfast was provided, as well as tea/coffee whenever we needed it. In summary, we were very happy, and will definitely book again should we stay in London (less than a minute walk from kennington station!). Sian was great with communication!

This place was lovely. We spent a lot of time in the pub at night. The food was delicious and the staff friendly. It was a great home away from home. This location was a bit further from downtown London and then I had anticipated. The traffic took about an hour to get into downtown at certain times. The location is quite lovely and wonderful but if you’re planning to do any tourist attractions in London consider the commute time.

The room I stayed in was great and the staff in the maids of honour cafe were fantastic. This is the second time I’ve stayed here for work and I have recommended it to my colleagues.

The apartment was clean and modern. Great central location with several supermarkets, coffee shops & restaurants within a few minutes. About a 30 minute walk to main sites and 4mins to the underground. Staff at reception were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It was great to have access to a washing machine and fridge while travelling. Great communication from host with an easy check in process via reception. Would stay again.

Brilliant sleep with quite literally the strongest shower I’ve ever used massaged my head clean!

The receptionist upon arrival was lovely, very friendly and able to help with anything and everything. The hotel was just like the pictures and I would highly recommend. Great value for money and enough to do on site.

We would definitely stay again very close to all amenities the only problem we had was there was a lot of stairs they were mentioned in post so our own fault we would be definitely asking for ground floor next time 😊 Boris very helpful

It was peaceful, safe and comfortable to be in Jose's house. A clean and tidy house, a garden with birdsong, a bright and safe room. Jose is very hospitable and does his best to help you. See you soon, it was a nice experience.

Yvonne and her dog, Loui, are so nice and friendly. She treated me like family. The room was nice and lovely. It was such a great experience to see a real English-style house.

My stay here was charming and very cozy and relaxed which was really perfect for my trip. I booked a regular room, but John ended upgrading me to a private little cottage room on the property which was absolutely lovely. It had a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, stove, and all the amenities for coffee that I needed. They even placed milk in the fridge which was a lovely touch. The bathroom was adequete, my only real complaint about the space was the drainage system for the shower. It doesn't drain well, and water pools in the shower and I was worried it would overflow. I discovered soon however the drain isn't properly installed, and figured out that by flushing the toilet or turning on the kitchen sink, a pump is activated which them moves the water through the drainage system which then allows the water to drain in the shower. Kind of a headache, but once I turned the kitchen sink on and let it run while showering, the shower drained properly. Otherwise, it's a lovely place!

Thank you for hosting me and my friend! The bed was lovely and comfortable and we both slept fairly well for two people who struggle to fall asleep! The location for attending a gig at The Garage is perfect not far to walk at all. The stairs down to the property are a bit scary because you can only fit half of your foot on them so we ended up going down them sideways. You definitely won't be too cold as Iole likes her place to be warm so it was lovely after being in the cold December weather! It was very homey and Iole made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We definitely would stay here again in the future as it is as advertised and lovely and quiet!
