Monthly Rentals in South Brunswick Township

This was our second time at The Mill. We love being right on the water and close to walking paths along the canal and at the same time just a few minutes from downtown Princeton. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. We saw herons, ospreys, kingfishers and lots of ducks and turtles. Sheila is a very accommodating host and has great suggestions about local places to eat and things to do. A very unique AirBNB with an interesting history.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern furnishings that made it feel very fresh and welcoming. The high-tech amenities were a huge bonus—everything from the smart lights to the advanced climate control system made my stay so much more comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a stylish, tech-savvy place to stay, this is the spot! Highly recommend!

I visit the area often and this is my first choice to stay in. It's quiet and cozy, easy to get in, and has everything you need.
