The two (2) bedroom - 2 full bath house includes everything you will need while on vacation. From BBQ patio, top kitchen appliances to a relaxing hammock on our quiet dock. The private dock is available for docking up to a 38 ft boat with an outboard engine. The dock is included in rate and fits up to a 36ft boat. During low tide, the water is 3ft.

4 bedroom 4 bath with dockage and walk to beach

4 bedroom 4 bath with dock right in front of house included minutes by boat to the ocean and short walk to the beach. This house was just built and is beautifully decorated it sleeps 8 comfortably and has a large open kitchen and living room. There is a gas bbq grill on the porch and bait freezer in utility room. It has regular and kruig coffee maker so you can bring what ever you like. The house has wifi and netflix.

David was awesome! He gave us a list of contacts before we arrived so we could line up some activities. Any issues were quickly addressed and he followed up to make sure everything was good. He had someone from the island check up with us a few times during the week to see if we needed anything (Paulette) she was very helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay!

AMAZING experience all around.. Kenny was fast to respond on inquiries about place beforehand and in general with day to day communications. Place was super convenient with dockage 10 feet from the place, perfect for diving / fishing trips where you don’t want to deal with North Bimini bs.. Even had a freezer to keep our ice for the week intact.. Washer and dryer was nice bonus and working bbq was perfect.. Will definitely stay again and learned he has a boat, golf cart and other places to rent in Port Royal too.. Kenny was super friendly and even came by to see us and chat for a bit.. great guy and great place, would highly recommend it..

It’s not very often I tell my family I would like to do the same exact vacation again instead of the usual experience a new place every time…this was one of those times. It was all excellent Vinnie was an excellent host. I met a lot of locals that knew Vinnie and I hung out with them through the week. Excellent time!

We booked Playtime for our group of 3 families. 6 adults, a teenager, 3 kids. We came over on 2 23' CC boats with plenty of room to dock a few more. The house to me was bigger in person then I assumed in the pictures. The yard was great for the kids to play in and had a nice spot for us to relax with a grill. Having 2 kitchens and bathrooms was helpful for our large group. Things to note during your stay, do your best to conserve water. Always wear bug spray at night outside, if you wait till you feel a bite you will regret not applying sooner. Ants are expected. There were some super nice stray dogs that visited us and stayed with us for almost the whole week. These dogs are more well behaved then pretty much any dog I've met BUT they did get into our trash. If your out at night you may see some of the biggest hermit crabs ever called Purple Pinchers, kids will love them! We did have a few things not working that should be easy fixes for them. Hope to stay again!

While this place was much larger than we needed, we opted in because of the location and knowing that Kenny is a fantastic host. The beach directly to the north is pristine with no one in sight. The beach right in front of the house has rocks in the water while the beach to the north (2 min drive on golf cart) is white sand…which we loved because the rocks offer great snorkeling while the sandy beach was great to relax. We will definitely be back. No problems during our stay. Definitely get the golf cart from Kenny to get around and explore.

I stay in AirBnb’s all the time for work and I can honestly say that I’ve never stayed in such a perfect place. This BEAUTIFUL home far exceeded our expectations for our family of 8. It was pristine in every way. Amazing location, even prettier than the pictures, and very well stocked: Golf carts are a MUST for traveling the island, and Pauline, Paul, and Kenny’s are a great deal. Kenny and Pauline take care of the house and they are truly the most generous, amazing people you could ask for! We came as renters, and left as friends. I cannot possibly recommend any of their houses more…and we will never stay anywhere but with them when we visit! Thank you both for an amazing trip. You made Christmas so very special for our family. Our kids said it was the best vacation that they’ve ever had …. And a big reason is because of your beautiful, comfortable home ….and your amazing hospitality. We’ll see you soon!
