Vacation rentals with a patio in Sottomarina

My family and I had a pleasant stay at Campiello Zen in a peaceful neighbourhood right in the center of Venice. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the train station, Vaporetto station, restaurants, eateries, attractions, and nightlife. Our hosts, Susanna and Andrea, were welcoming, informational and kind. Our daughter absolutely adored Lattuga, the tortoise, while enjoying the beautiful garden. We made many wonderful memories during our stay and are grateful to Susanna and Andrea for their amazing hospitality. Grazie Mille :)

Mirko: Mirko is the best airbnb host I have yet encountered. He truly puts his heart into his work. He went above & beyond to welcome us & was as warm as can be. We currently live in Istria & were alerted to possible road closures due to winter weather on our departure day & Mirko very kindly kept the flat available for us, despite getting another inquiry. Truly an exceptional human, putting our comfort before profits. The Flat: Flat is even better than the pics. High ceilings, everything functions as new (recent remodel), elevator, flat quickly warmed up in January, plenty of hot water to fill the jacuzzi bath, great neighborhood, easy to access from parking lots via vaporetto (train/bus/ taxi too). Neighborhood; Good vibes, plenty of neighborhood cafes & restos. Vaporetto is frequent & nearby. A line goes to the airport, so you can go from airport to flat by vaporetto or water taxi.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it. The house is extremely clean, warm, spacious, plenty of kitchen facilities, washing machine available if needed, patio for morning coffee, good comfortable bed, everything to make you feel at home. Very quiet and close to the Biennale!

We love the Fabrice's place. It's a beautiful apartment close to the Venice train station. It has a perfect location because it's close to good restaurants and the canal.

Our stay at Natascias appartement was fantastic. Natascia is very kind and helps with all your questions. The appartement is good located to visit Venice. We recommend it, also for a stay with kids.

The stay at Filippo's was exceptional. Fillipo invited us for breakfast and prepared breakfast for us right at the accommodation. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Filippo was helpful in showing us where to go for good food and advising us on public transport. I highly recommend it!

Giacomo was very helpful in flexible check-in as we arrived around the end of the check-in timeframe, we could simply pick up the keys from another location nearby. The flat is located very centrally and going around the city from there is very easy. The flat is welcoming and was clean, good amenities, and a little outside area. I recommend Giacomo and this flat.

We really enjoyed the apartment and it was close to different restaurant and bakeries.

Somewhere between 4 and 5 stars Great location. Very special place. Clean. But kitchen could be better equipped and shower could be improved.

Leo was a great host, accurate in providing us with directions and quick to respond when we needed some clarification. The house, recently renovated, is in a great location and Leo furnished it with good taste, nothing was missing and also provided us with 4 bicycles! It was a very relaxing stay. Thank you 😊

Loved everything about it Old World charm exactly what we were looking for

This apartment in Venice is perfect. Short walk from train station, spotless and the host met us there. Explained which keys open which door and showed us in and all the features of the apartment. Access to a beautiful rooftop which we saw the fireworks from on New Years Eve and avoided all the crowds! There is a full kitchen and the host provides free coffee and had several large bottles of water there for us. We were even given a small gift of cookies as we left so we had something to snack on for our train ride. Highly recommend.

It is conveniently located near the train station, bus terminal and water bus stop. We arrived before check-in time, but we was able to leave our luggage there. There are lots of restaurants close by. We like Ristorante Caffe dei Fiori, which is on the same street as the apartment.

My daughter and I had the most wonderful stay in Venice. Massimo should be a Superhost because he was very communicative and helped us with transportation from the airport. He met us at the dock and walked us to the apartment... showed us every detail of his apartment and told us about a grocery close by. He then gave us great recommendations for restuarants and even booked our boat back to the airport. The apartment is beautifully appointed and comfortable. His work as an artist shows up in all the details. It is in a lovely square, very quiet and you feel like you are living with all the local Venetians. To top it off, there is a lovely planted private patio to have your morning breakfast. We would go back again.

We had a fantastic stay here for 3 nights and would happily come back. The location was great - walkable to everything within 10-15 minutes but far enough away that it was quiet at night. It was also a 5 min walk to the vaporetto stop (which we used a bit, but it’s easier and faster to walk most places). Having two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was great for our group, and the living room was comfy for sitting around after a long day of exploring the city. We didn’t use the kitchen much since we ate at random cicchettis for lunch and several restaurants at night (would recommend Ristorante Al Vaporetto but not Trattoria Al Gazzettino), both close by. Communication from the hosts was also very good and they were very accommodating.

We were hesitant about staying on the Lido at first, worried it would be complicated to get to and from Venice, but it ended up being super nice! The boats were fast, frequent and easy to use, even late at night. Allesandro was a great host, always answering all of our questions and happy to help. The place itself was spacious and clean, just a short walk to the beach and downtown area. We drove to Venice and it was very nice to be able to park right next to the apartment for free in a safe neighborhood.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location, surrounded by many restaurants and services. The owners are very helpful and ready to meet the guests' needs. A really nice stay!

The apartment is fantastic, we stayed with our two daughters. The location was amazing, easy to get to from the nearest dock. The apartment is very clean, freshly renovated and well set up! Thank you for a great two nights!

We spent a week in November in Tonino and Anna's appartment. I can only chime in to the positive evaluation I have seen here before. The flat is comfortable and well equiped. It was quiet. Location was very convinient, easy to get to because it is close to the San Stae boat stop which is served by the public airport line. There are also nice restaurants and shops in the vicinity. In particular, we liked the St. Jacomo square. Tonino made communication easy and greated us on arrival very friendly. We would definitively come again.

Beautiful quiet location! Close to the water bus. Close to a market. Perfect way to see Venice. We could easily walk to the tourist areas and then come back to a quiet place in the evening. Chiara was so accommodating with our early arrival and every issue that came up. The beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommend. FYI this is a 3 story rental. Kitchen and sitting area on the first floor. Bedrooms are on the top 2 floors. It worked well for us, but it's a lot of stairs. It's also Venice! Stairs are everywhere!!
