It was an amazing week full of experience. We've never had such a big pool. It was one of the best and the most used things.

Great solution for any length of stay. Great host and collaborators for responsiveness and expertise. Nearby parks, flexibility, courtesy. Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful mini vacation with the family. Massimo is always available and also his mother Marisa who welcomed us, a wonderful person. The house is truly beautiful in everything from the cleanliness to the location, nothing is really missing. I forgot we had a German shepherd who immediately settled in as if he were at home. We had such a great time that we've already rebooked. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you very much to Massimo and a special thanks to Marisa. See you soon.

Everything was fine. A nice, little, romantic apartment in the city center, very close to everything. The space was a bit tight for four adults, but it was not a problem. We stayed in a very well-equipped, clean apartment in the busy square of Sottomarina. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the vibrant Italian city life. Elisa is a very kind host, helped us find a parking spot, and immediately took action if there was any issue. The neighbors were also very nice!"

Perfect location, not even 10 min by car from the sea and 15 by bicycle. My partner and I had a great time surrounded by greenery as we like. Mrs. De Luca was always more than available to our requests and very kind. We will miss waking up and seeing the view and also the absence of noises that now characterize more and more parts of the area. The loft is very spacious and comfortable, my favorite part of course the large terrace overlooking the fields and beautiful garden

First of all, Elisa was an excellent host: she was very helpful, precise, attentive, always present and friendly! The apartment is located in the center of Chioggia, a stone's throw from the main street. The kitchen area is large, well organized and very clean. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, well furnished and with comfortable beds. The wifi and air conditioning work great. We used bicycles to get around the wonderful town of Chioggia! Bookply's communication has also always been accurate and timely. We are a family of 5 and we stayed in Ca’ Greta comfortably! We would like to thank Elisa again for her professionalism and friendliness. 10 and praise!

We enjoyed the house right away. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen equipment was very good. The terrace is very cozy. We lacked nothing. Mattia was consistently easily accessible and very helpful. We can only recommend the house.
