Paola was very nice and very helpful with us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time since the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a beautiful New Year's Eve with friends and we'd love to come back. Thank you Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay the week before Christmas. It was so nice to receive the recommendations for things to do in the area ahead of time and incredibly helpful for Carlos and Maria to book our taxi from the airport, then meet us at the water taxi drop, and orient us to the neighborhood. A great space for our family of 5 and the grandparents :) Beds were very comfortable. Great central and walkable location. The luggage room on the ground floor was useful since the flat was on the 3rd floor, up stairs. Grazie Mille Carlos and Maria!

It is a spacious and pleasant accommodation! The kitchen is good for cooking food and there are two toilets, so it is easy to wash. It is close to the Santa Lucia train station and a great location for sightseeing on the main island of Venice. Fabiano is a responsive and friendly host◡ ̈ It's a multi-story structure, so you have to come and go to the stairs, and you have to adjust the temperature with the radiator, so you have to take into account that the room temperature may feel a little chilly in winter ~ The city tax is not included in the accommodation fee, so I paid it separately. It's a clean accommodation, so I recommend it to Koreans! It's a spacious and pleasant accommodation! The kitchen is great for cooking and it has two bathrooms, so it's easy to wash. It's close to the Santa Lucia train station and a great location for sightseeing on the main island of Venice. Fabiano is a quick-response and friendly host: -) It's a two-story structure, so you have to walk up and down the stairs, and the temperature is set with a radiator, so you have to take into account that the indoor temperature in winter can feel a little chilly. I had to pay city tax separately from the accommodation fee. Overall, it was a great stay experience in a clean place!

The appartment was very comfortable and warm (important in December!) and Cannareggio much quieter than some areas of Venice but with good “bacari” and restaurants nearby. Simone came to meet us on arrival when we had problems finding the apartment because there are two Calle del Forno in Cannareggio and my Google maps app not working well. Our hosts were extremely helpful when we had a difficult incident to deal with and responded very promptly to all our messages We loved Venice in December!

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

This is a fantastic place in a quiet area within few minutes of shops and restaurants. The flat is private and clean, with good wifi connection. Plenty of space for 5-6 people. The host is responsive and very flexible. Would definitely come again.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

The stay at Valentina’s place was exactly as we hoped; on a quieter part of the island which was lovely but still within 10-15 minutes of everything and all well lit at night which made it easy to find after a day of exploring The apartment had everything you need, it was clean, we were delighted to use the coffee maker in the morning, the bedding was fresh (we need to know what you use to clean it, it smelled amazing!) and the bathroom was spotless too with lovely cleaning products in the shower We were sent perfect instructions before staying on how to get into the apartment and also lots of recommendations for places to go, eat etc. Thank you Valentina & Co for such a wonderful stay x

Great option. Quality finishing. This is truly a Palazzo, both in the Venetian and classic English meaning. Quiet at night and hot water galore. Big kitchen enough to prepare a feast. I stayed 11 days and I would spend 6 months if I could.

Perfect for a short or a long stay. Peaceful friendly neighbourhood but easy to find all other areas of interest in Venice. The apartment was warm, comfortable, matched all descriptions in the advert. We stayed for 4 weeks and enjoyed the feeling of 'coming home' at the end of each day. Elena met us on arrival, communicated ideas of interest to us during our stay, and made check out very straightforward. We would go again.

Federico and the place were great! Made check in easy and was very responsive and helpful to all my questions. The place was spacious, clean and great location. Located on a quiet street close to main water transportation station and just a short walk to all main areas. Great food and other sights near by. Would recommend.

Anna's place was exactly as described! The hosts offered a private transfer and arranged it on our behalf which made the trip to get to the AirBnB a breeze after a day long journey to get to Marco Polo. They met us at the door and gave a walkthrough of the unit and it's amenities and also gave us recommendations for bites to eat on our first day. The location is within a 15 minute walk of anything central in Venice which made going out and coming back simple. It was colder than expected in Venice so we appreciated the explanation around how to use the heaters in the unit. The shower's water pressure wasn't that strong, but got the job done.

Great experience, well-stocked apartment, great location but despite this very quiet thanks to the excellent fixtures. Michela has made available a lot of information including restaurants, activities and services of the island through a manual left to the guests of the apartment, in which, in addition to this, we found any useful information to be able to better manage the house. Everything is perfect!

Giulio organized the arrival very well, sent accurate instructions, his son picked us up from the Vaporetto station, and brought us into the apartment, and explained everything; The apartment can be reached on the 2nd floor by narrow stairs, for 2 people it was very good; it is located in a quiet alley near Via Garibaldi, perfect for biennale, between Giardini and Arsenale; the bathroom is very small, especially the shower, but still functional. Two small noise topics: the windows stop hardly any noise, due to the quiet area it is little problem, and also sometimes nice if you hear the school children walking through the alley in the morning and chatting; in the apartment, the bedroom is only separated from the living room by a folding door, hardly stops noise, and can only be opened and closed by noise. Well heatable, functional kitchen, Venice books; great terrace, we were still able to have lunch in the sun every day on the terrace in November; overall highly recommended

This apartment was a little treasure in the centre of Venice. Beatrice met us from the water ferry and took us to her beautiful living space which was our home for three nights. It was not only pristine and clean but also tastefully furnished with interesting artworks of local interest. My friend and I felt immediately at home. Beatrice gave us plenty of tips about how to experience Venice and sent us links via text about any of things we were interested in doing. Beatrice recommended a nearby bakery which became our regular pick up for breakfast, and also the restaurant right outside the front door which we went to every night as the food was excellent and staff friendly. I highly recommend this apartment and Beatrice is a super super host!

Very beautiful view! Location was amazing and it was very spacious! The shower was easy for us since we are younger couple we just used it as a bath as it was intended we were out most of the time sightseeing anyway so don’t base your entire stay and reviews complaining about a bath if you’re younger and able. Could be a tad tricky for elderly but other than that I’d say it was close to everything. It wasn’t loud and very cozy! Good energy in the space.

Marisa’s place exceeded expectations. As soon as we checked in we wanted to stay longer. Everything was amazing and even my teenage girls were impressed. We loved everything about our stay. We hope to definitely come back someday.

Mu. Joe. Gun. Go here. It's 5-10 minutes from Santa Lucia Station, and there are a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. And also close to the waterbus stop to Rialto. It's really the best place to stay here. It's so nice to be on the first floor, and the host is so kind. The house is well lit, and the radiator works well, so we stayed so warm. I want to come to Venice again, but I also want to sleep here. I couldn't get to San Marco for New Year's Eve, but Santa Lucia Station is close, so I remember gathering together on the bridge in front of it and throwing firecrackers. He also recommended restaurants. It was a beautiful and comfortable house in many ways. How cute the host's dog is..: (I met him by accident, but he must like people very much. It was so nice to get stuck with me. You can get hit 100 times. Anyway, the location is awesome, and it's really nice that it's on the first floor. It's so good.
