The accommodation is impeccably clean and tidy, located in a peaceful area just a short walk from the beach. I was truly impressed by the spaciousness of the house, and every aspect surpassed our expectations. We look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to others.

In the beachy suburb of Mornington you’ll find this amazing, modern house with everything you need for a great get away. Better than the pictures, this super clean, gorgeously decorated space invites you to walk down the hallway to this huge, high ceiling living room/kitchen. Plenty of bedrooms, comfy beds and lots of activities to keep you amused. We only stayed one night after attending a concert but our small group enjoyed the cosy space without feeling crowded. David was so generous to allow an early check so we could attend concert so appreciate that communication highly. Loved the little soaps+ coffee pods too. Highly recommend this stay, hope to come back again. 5 stars !!!! 🌟

I couldn't recommend Nerys's beautiful home anymore. The experience was perfection. From the gorgeous house, the communication, the details, the decor, the location - everything was so considered and intentional. We loved the house and the big backyard was perfect for our kids to play and for our dog. Around the corner from the beach and great proximity to shops and cafes. You won't be disappointed this place is gorgeous

Thank you Kris and Jon for an amazing stay! I’ve been using Airbnb for over 8 years now and these guys are the best hosts I’ve come across! The house itself is beautiful and just as described, it was stocked with everything you could think of (extra towels, toilet paper, proper coffee machine, pots, pans, everything!) and Kris and Jon let you feel right at home. The heated pool was a bonus and the yard space and BBQ was perfect for our 2 families with 2 small kids. Kris was very response in the lead up to our trip with any questions I had and even had left us a hand written note with a full booklet on how to use everything in the house along with recommendations. The house is in a perfect location with access to great cafes and the beach. Could not rate the house or these guys any more highly, we will be back and thank you for such a wonderful stay :) Shamani

Jenny’s place exceeded expectations- it was cosy, clean and comfortable at every turn with so many thoughtful touches. I was really sad to leave. The bathrooms which are so important to me are clean and easy to use. Beds were comfy. Love feeding the beautiful birds each day- they became our friends with their daily visits. We also saw not only wallabies, but kangaroos with joeys in their pouches grazing at the back of the house. It was paradise. :) We would like to visit again.

Amy’s house was beautiful and just as described. Amy was responsive & lovely to deal with. She helped with an early check-in too. I would definitely stay again. The views of the bay from the front of the house were stunning and we had a lovely magpie that visited us each day on the front porch. The flowers & chocolates on arrival were also a lovely touch. Barb’s house was simply fabulous. It was very spacious, light and airy, big sliding doors open wide and let the outside in, lovely furnishings and decor, it had everything we wanted. The pool was warm and perfect after a day of local exploration. A very green and shady garden, with lots of outdoor furniture for relaxing. The house manual was detailed and clearly explained how all equipment worked. Barb had provided a great home away from home.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect – close to the beach but also tucked away enough for a peaceful retreat. The host was responsive, friendly, and provided great recommendations for nearby spots. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. Definitely a 5/5 experience!

Only positive things to say about staying at Royadie Resort! Such a gorgeous home, perfect for a weekend away with friends or family. Kitchen was well-appointed, beautiful bathrooms, comfy beds, very spacious with lots of amenities and a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy. Ben was a great host who was very accommodating and communicative. Dont hesitate to book this property... I am certainly looking forward to coming back again!

Lovely home in a very quiet street, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset! The pool was a big plus for us during our stay. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful decorated and styled, and felt warm and cosy. The location was perfect for us with the beach and the main street of Mornington all within walking distance, but just far away enough not to hear any of the noise. A great location close to the beach and some really underrated restaurants. A really bright and light house with everything You need for a great break. Catherine was a great host and always available. We really enjoyed our 4 weeks in “Toot”

The beach house is beautiful and extremely peaceful, clean and comfortable. The place is close to the shops and the beach and itself was great to stay in. We experienced rain over the weekend but still ended up enjoying our time at the beach house with the games, and projector. The kitchen is well stocked with basics, the linens and cutlery are exceptional. We also had a sweet welcome snacks from the local bakery that was an excellent touch to our stay. The hosts were superb and responsive. The weekend overall was a wonderful experience for our little family.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here and it never disappoints. It’s great for our large family. I would highly recommend this house for a family stay. Thanks Susie Belinda

Loved this cottage! I highly recommend booking a stay as the location is awesome, the place itself is so cosy and comfortable with a bit of refined luxe. Rowena's home was the best Airbnb we have stayed in. It had everything we needed and some. the kitchen was amazing. we love to cook. Not only utensils and appliances, Rowena also has a pantry with the basics for you. she is the hostess with the mostest!!!! if ever on the peninsula we will stay again. Best ever.

Andrea's house is in a great location, two minutes to the beach and a nice walk to the supermarket or into the Rye Pier. Beds were super comfortable, good linen and plenty of towels provided. Living area is spacious and kitchen is very well equipped with lots of extras supplied. Would certainly stay here again. Andrea is great with communication and offered us an early check in and late check out.

Emma’s place is the perfect weekend beach getaway. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need for the ultimate luxurious relaxing stay - it’s easy to understand why it’s a guest favorite! Emma’s a very accommodating host and her thoughtful personal touches along with a welcome note and goodie basket make you feel right at home upon arrival. The home is perfectly situated within walking distance to the gorgeous rye back beach and a short drive to an array of restaurants and cafes. It was very peaceful and rejuvenating. Would love to come back to stay again - can’t recommend enough. Thank you Emma!
