Monthly Rentals in Songpa District

Annie’s Airbnb was exactly how described. It was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with necessities such as toilet paper, towels, etc. I liked that the washer is also a dryer. Very helpful! I also appreciated how many recommendations Annie provided to help make my stay more enjoyable. The neighborhood is 10/10. Safe, friendly and clean.

Very nice place! Many resturants, cafes, and stores in the same building. The subway is also very close. The host is very generous and easy to communicate with.

Moon River was a great and responsive host. He went above and beyond: (1) Bus number from airport, (2) answering my concerns about entering the apartment, (3) helping with directions, and more. I asked for a refill for a certain item - and he brought the item requested and additional items the day of the request! Very quick response! The location is great due to the available eateries and coffee shops in the area. I am glad to have stayed here with Moon River and hope to stay again because he was such a kind host.

Stay was very comfortable! The host was super welcoming and nice and even helped me and my sister with our huge luggage at check in and also at check out 5am 😭😭 really appreciate the effort!! The one thing I would note is that the apartment is on the 5th floor and that there’s a this older lady living downstairs that’s kinda weird and scary, on the last day of our stay it felt like she was stalking us a bit, as soon as we leave the airbnb she started trying to get our attention, the same thing happened when we returned the same day at 11pm. It felt as if she was waiting for us by her door, as soon as we walk by her floor (& quietly at that) she somehow was able to detect us and would open her door and call out to us. That night she then proceeded to actually come up to our door and nonstop started ringing the doorbell to try and get us to open the door for some reason even though we have been nothing but quiet the entire stay. Otherwise, everything else was 12/10
