Excellent location, close to the beach itself and walking distance to many good restaurants. If like me, you are working remotely, you will be glad to hear that the WIFI was excellent for the duration of the stay. Rosie was very thoughtful and a very helpful host.

The apartment is exactly as beautiful as shown in the photos on Airbnb. Everything is new and stylish, with a fantastic view from the balcony where you can see the city, mountains, and sea. We were lucky to stay during the Fireworks Festival, and the location was perfect for enjoying the event. The apartment is ideally located near the market, river, and plenty of restaurants, including Starbucks. It’s a great place for evening walks along the riverside. The host was wonderful, very attentive and responsive. Upon our request, they provided extra pillows for more comfortable sleep and allowed us to have a late check-out. The host was always available and caring, even offering to help us order food during heavy rain and reminding us about city events like the fireworks. We always felt well taken care of.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Da Nang! The location was perfect, offering stunning coastal views while being away from the busy tourist traps. It’s situated in a peaceful area that still has plenty of fantastic local spots to explore, from authentic restaurants to hidden beaches. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent recommendations to make the most of my stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing yet convenient getaway, this is the place to be!

My partner and I stayed here for over a month and it was such a spacious and comfortable place for the both of us. We both needed a separate space to work and were so pleasantly surprised at how spacious this was for Da Nang. It's close to all of the great restaurants so you can walk, take a grab, or a short scooter ride. The beach is only two blocks away so the entire area is very walkable. The staff here were immensely friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything at all. We LOVED being greeted by their resident pet Nau. I missed my dog being away from home for so long so this was an unexpected and sweet touch. It made being away from him more palatable. The housekeeping were on top of cleaning the unit every few days and it was perfect for us. Just enough that the place was kept spotless and just enough so we didn't feel it was intrusive. We loved our place here at Louis Mo and would highly recommend this spot if you're considering visiting Da Nang! Thank you so much Nhat!

I stayed in a great place at an affordable price. Perfect for a family trip. The bed was spacious and the bedding was well maintained. The host also helped me store my luggage after checkout, so I traveled comfortably.

Highly recommend It's a little off from the center. Beach right in front, perfect facilities, friendly host There's nothing better than that. Be sure to use the pool, sauna, and BBQ

This is the best place to stay The distance from downtown Da Nang is no problem. However, the music from the store across the street is a little loud.

We had a wonderful night here. Vincent met us at the accommodation for our arrival. We arrived in the evening and he still made sure he was there to show us around which we really appreciated. The hosts communicated really quickly and we're extremely friendly. We'd love to stay here again, we were so sad we only had one night there. The accommodation looks exactly like the photos and description is accurate, if anything it was even better in person. It was so nice having our own private space but not too far out from the centre at the same time. We had to leave late the next day and they allowed us to leave our luggage at their home which was extremely kind and we were very grateful for. I would highly recommend staying here and I would also love to come back!

I had a very comfortable rest for 4 nights and 5 days. Privacy was great. It was also nice that they changed the towels every day. The response to the request was also responded quickly, so it was unbeatable.

I thought it was a little remote, but after a few days, there was enough to enjoy the trip just a short walk away. It's in the middle of downtown and the beach, so it's easy to get around, the pool is bigger than I thought, and it was nice that all the coffee pharmacy massages were available.

Great place to stay with friends. A lot of nice restaurants are near by. Very near to the sea to take a good walk. Shelby is super helpful with all our requests, we even got motorbikes from him for exploring the city.

Danh is helpful. Her place is clean, tidy, well-equipped and large. We have a great time there. It is right opposite to the beach!

Kaylin apartment is a good place to visit. The furniture and decoration look exactly like the pictures that they've posted. The apartment was clean and neat when I checked in. Host replied my messages immediately and always supported me during my stay. Recommend you to experience here!

Very good. The apartment is very new and clean, with a direct view to My Khe beach. Fully furnished, equipped. Although my family came to check in late, John was still very enthusiastic and friendly. He even showed me some great breakfast places. If I come back to Da Nang, this will definitely be my first choice.

It was a shame that I only stayed one day on the last day. The room was in good condition and the view from the room was good. The host waited in the lobby to help me check in, and he was friendly and kind. It was the best accommodation for a family trip
