The apartment is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. It is comfortable and well-furnished, including the kitchen amenities. The location is fantastic—right where you want to be—close to the beach, bars, and restaurants, yet quiet enough not to disturb you at night. Additionally, the host is excellent: professional, responsive, and friendly.

Beautiful Friendly helpful, quick response host. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Our flight was delayed due to engine problem. Hien has organized a driver to pick us up from airport to her apartment. Driver contacted us a few days beforehand. Apartment is as in photos. Great locations. Very near to the beach, cafes, pizza, Japanese cuisines Korean cuisine, Indian cuisine, Chinese cuisine, fast food as well as Vietnamese cuisine, street food vendors and restaurants, convenience stores, massages right below. Views of Dragon bridge and beach on balcony and master bedroom. Suitable for groups of friends /a family who love to go on tours daily and come back to a clean apartment daily. Will book again. With washing machine and kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Water, clean towels, washing powder, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, toothbrush were provided. Welcome gift and a nice touch departure gift as well. Security guard at entry of the block. Key tag to access lift to your floor only.

Because we were arriving middle of the night, we asked Daisy to help us in arranging a ride and checking in. With additional delays with the plane arriving at 3 am in the middle of heavy rain, they took care of everything. The pros, the hosts are extremely responsive and helpful, the location is one block from the beach with many restaurants, and the unit has 3 air conditioners, allowing different members to control temperature to their liking. The cons, the design of the bathrooms. The shower is directly over the toilet making the floor wet. So we used one bathroom exclusively for showers. A tip for best way to get to the beach. There are 2 lobbies, and this unit is next to Gate A. I recommend going out through Gate B and turn right to go to the beach. We stayed here for a month and walked bare foot on the beach at sunrise. You will be surprised how popular the beach is at 5:30 am. Also try the app Grab not only for rides, but doing shopping from large supermarket like Lotte.

Nice and kind host

We had a great stay. The apartment was awesome, clean and spacious. The beach was 10 minutes away. There were a lot of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Thanh is a great host, friendly and responsive. Definitely worth it.

The apartment is ideally located next to the beach and we loved the beach and ocean view from the balcony. There are lots of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby, grocery shops just downstairs. A lot of things are walking distance. The apartment was very clean and kitted out with comfortable furniture and we really felt at home during our stay!

Carol is an amazing host, always checking in and always very responsive. Checking in and out was 'n breeze due to the way so comunicates. The apartment was clean and large and spacious compared to other places I have stayed. It has everything you need for a longer stay. There were weekly room cleaning services which left the place clean and spotless and new again. Everything is describe as in the ad itself. The location is almost right in the center of the city towards the beach (about a 5 min walk which is ideal.) Carol also offers bikes to rent so it made it hastle free to get started in Da Nang. With a bike you can reach any of the places around and in the city within 10-20 mins so it's not far from anything. Around the apartment is enough shops / restaurants / entertainment / markets / attractions to keep you entertained and checked in. Would definitely recommend this this to anyone wanting to stay in Da Nang longer that one week.

The location of the listing is good. It's a great location for grabbing and easy to find. It was nice that it was located in the corner in front of the beach, and it was nice to be close to a massage shop There is a front and guard at the entrance, which makes you feel very safe. I also lifted all the carriers, put them up at the bottom of the stairs, and dropped them off. There are also three elevators, so you can catch them quickly. The rooftop pool, which is a common facility, was also really clean. I felt that it was well-maintained. The facilities and furniture are as they are in the photos. The couch and bed were all clean as well. The kitchen and bathroom were also clean. The refrigerator and washer and dryer were also clean and well used. He also provided plenty of towels and amenities, so I was able to stay comfortably. There were no bugs at all during my stay. It was sparkling clean, The water pressure was good and the hot water came out very well. The host will be in touch right away and let you know. And the host welcomed me warmly and warmly showed me off. The wifi is good quickly. The TV was also in the living room of each room with a smart TV. I didn't hear any floor noise at all, so I had a quiet stay. They cleaned the room well and it was very comfortable to stay. Thuy was a very kind host. The apartment has a great location with an amazing view. Pool and fitness room were also great. Restaurants, supermarkets and the beach are right around the corner. Communication was very straightforward and fast.

The apartment is located in a hotel that is directly across from the ocean. Its small but quite comfortable. The windows reach from floor to ceiling and give you an excellent view of the city. There is a partial view of the ocean from the kitchen which is quite lovely. With the window open you can hear the ocean. The bed is comfortable and the service in the hotel is first class. The pool wasn't available to use while I was there and the gym is quite small but I enjoyed my time and would recommend it to friends.

It's a really good value for the money, and it's clean and tidy. Donna were rather helpful and responsive. I recommend this accommodation

One of the best Da Nang Airbnbs in my opinion

Bien's space is very comfortable and everything was in great condition. It is like a hotel which means that room cleaning can happen often if you want, including changing the linens. The area is nice with lots of local restaurants and street food. The roof top pool is pleasant and has nice views. The main problem is the wifi which often quits out even while you are using it.

I really loved my stay. The best three things were: the host Thành who is kind, generous and just a wonderful person, the view from the balcony and the location. The host cleaned the apartment and changed the bed every week. She even paid for my ride to the airport on my last day. She brought me fruits on more than one occasion and she made great recommendations. She is so lovely and her husband is also very kind. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking but i found that I ate most of my meals at restaurants since it was so cheap and delicious to do so. The location, just across the beach, is wonderful. Easy to walk for hours on end and it has all the facilities you may want right in the neighborhood. I would stay there again. I highly recommend it.

My stay here has been perfect. big room with a big bed and medium couch. has ac and a floor fan, a big fridge and a full kitchen even a clothe washing machine. The dining table is cute, the desk is awesome! Windows are big and fill the room with light. If you want to keep the light out there are blackout curtains. The host and her husband can help with anything you may need. They helped me get a bicycle and scooter and even brought me food to eat. And of course you cant beat the location! Its right across the street from the beach and close to monkey mountain!

Second time in this apartments. Perfect choice as always! Good location, close to the sea and restaurants. Clean flat. Sounds from nearest school can be loud sometimes. They can make like pop concerts at 7:30am 😄 But it’s not often) I think also pressure of hot water should be regulated a little. You need to wait a lot hot water to come. Such a nice place to stay, nice neighbourhood, close to the beach and many mart stores. Has all the amenities we needed including 2 bathrooms and a clothes washing machine. Host was responsive and helpful.

We stayed in this room for two weeks, and it was very comfortable. The staff changed the towels and cleaned the room every day, even washing the dishes for us. They responded to our questions very quickly, making it feel even cozier than home. There are many cafes and local restaurants within a 15-minute walk, so it’s perfect for those who enjoy exploring the town. This time, we stayed during the rainy season, so we’d love to come back during the dry season next time!

Excellent. Great location, spacious flat, helpful host. The water geyser was a problem though - it was too small for everyone’s comfort. But there was nothing else to complain. We were helped at each step and so overall I loved our stay.
