Condo vacation rentals in Solana Beach

We loved our stay in San Diego and Bill's place met all of our needs! The proximity to the beach + the beach supplies (chairs/toys) in the garage made our beach outings comfortable and engaging for our little girls. Bill's place also had a pack n play for us - one less big bulky thing to pack!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

We stayed in Carlsbad to visit Legoland and this condo was perfect because it was about a 20 minutes drive away from the amusement park. It was also very easy access to the beach since it was a block away. We also explored Carlsbad's downtown life, which was very close (10 minute walk). We stayed in a downstairs unit, so it was a bit loud when the people upstairs walked around. However, it was a pretty peaceful area to stay in.

It was just an amazing place! Beach, dinings, and even convenient shops are walkable and this place is very clean. We arrived at night and we couldn't find out where to enter. It was almost midnight, but there was a very helpful guy on the phone and he was waiting and instructing me till I could got in to the room finally!! I couldn't forget where we stayed and will recommend this place to my close friends!

Stayed here for two nights for my daughters soccer tournament and waking up to the ocean views and hearing the ocean sounds at night was truly amazing. I loved the cute neighborhood, walkable restaurants, the condo had everything I needed. Well appointed and very cozy. Very happy.

Got to say the picture of the view doesn’t do it justice once you view it in person. A very beautiful scenery, I would 100 percent recommend this spot for a get away trip or you just need some relaxing time please do check it out and it was clean and easy to understand the check in and out overall we felt right at home

Frank's condo was amazing - the close proximately to the beach was an added bonus. Frank met us at check in and was very friendly and polite, he showed us around and made us feel welcomed. Everything we needed was available. The condo was clean, cool and very cozy. A lovely time was had and I will definitely be staying at Frank's condo again.

What a gorgeous spot on the beach! Great private beach and pools and hottub. Walkable to eating and shopping. Amazing sunsets and peaceful place. We’re going back!

Amazing quiet location, conveniently located close to everything you need for a fun get away. Morning and evening walks on the boardwalk are relaxing and easy. Great place for a dog!

This was a wonderful home away from home, with everything just as described in the listing. Communication was excellent. Jen provided detailed, easy-to-follow instructions, with photos, on how to find the unit and parking. She also checked in the day after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed in the unit (we did!). Even though we were there over the Christmas holiday, Jen was available and responsive. We stayed just under a week, cooked almost every day, & found the kitchen well-equipped. The beds—even the little pullout bed—were all very comfortable. The laundry room was nearby and easy to use. It was great to have access to bus lines & be close to a Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Ralph’s. We would definitely come back to this lovely Airbnb.

Well done property. Parking was great. Each of the two bedrooms essentially have their own en-suite bathroom.

Great accommodations in Solana Beach! Perfect for our family of five. Easy beach access and walkable into town. Well stocked and very responsive host. Will definitely be back.

For an authentically awesome, classic,and genuine experience of OB, stay here! Especially if you own a dog, it’s a 2 minute walk to OB’s dog beach. This place is perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway. It has a private courtyard with a wood burning fire pit. Don’t forget to bring the fixings for s’mores! Millie was a terrific host, always responsive and very accommodating! I recommend staying here if you get a chance. I definitely would love to stay here again. If I’m completely honest I wish I could live here permanently forever!!!

The condo was in an excellent location, close to the beach and just a quick turn off I-5. Very accessible, it had everything you’d need for a short or long term stay. David was a great host and was extremely helpful when there was minor requests or questions that came up. The BBQ grill was awesome for cooking. I’d recommend his condo to anyone staying in Oceanside, whether it’s just a weekend trip or a long term stay!

Our experience was great. The home was clean, comfortable, nicely put together and offered everything we needed. Communication with our host was excellent. They were very responsive and helped with what we needed right away. The location was great, walking distance from the beach, many shops and restaurants. We will definitely book here again when we come back to San Diego.

Our family had a great vacation at Susan's Oceanside condo. It is in a great location for pool access and wandering down to the beach. If we had questions she responded immediately with whatever we needed. Thanks for opening your place for us--we will definitely be back if and when we venture to Southern California again!!!

Andy responded within minutes each time we communicated with him. The condo was as described with the ocean an easy walk from the front door. The heated pool was a comfortable temp for an evening swim! This was a plus for the kids!!! The fitness center was well equipped. The condo is located in a busy complex so it may not be ideal for those desiring a secluded beach abode. It is within walking distance of the harbor and the pier and because the weather was sunny and mild, we did a lot of exploring!

We will be back! A wonderful place to call home for a few days in Carlsbad while visiting dear friends. The location from the airport (about 35-40 minutes) in average traffic is totally doable and then only 10 minutes in from the beach is a delight. My husband and I had an awesome day date of pickle ball at the Omni Resort (extra cost $35 for hour and half) and then a swim and sunbathing at the pool. Then that evening, we drove 15 minutes to Encinitas and walked around the cute shops and then back up the coast and had a sunset dinner at Vaga. The room is very spacious and the patio is even better. We relaxed out there with morning coffee and even had our friends over and we all ate takeout comfortable at the large table. Next time we visit, we will definitely book here :)

Cindy’s place near Omni La Costa was a wonderful and affordable stay. The location is peaceful and conveniently close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Cindy was an attentive and responsive host, and the check-in process was seamless. If you’re looking for a cozy and budget-friendly spot to enjoy the Carlsbad area, this is a great option!

The condo was very nice and the owners and handlers could not have been more accommodating to our comments and requests. We’re already coming back next year!

Host was very responsive. Space was as described. Had everything we needed and more. Loved that there was a water dispenser! Wasn’t expecting that, but it was great for refilling our water bottles. Neighborhood was quiet and I will note the walls are thin. Unfortunately the tennis courts were under renovation during our stay, but the courts at the nearby Mesa College were plentiful and available. Location was perfect for us. Enjoyed being near Convoy and its many restaurants. Easy to hop on/off the highway to get to places.

There are some reviews of this place that are less than 5-stars. I don’t understand why. This was perfect all around. The beach is less than 5 minutes, the pool and hot tub are right out the front door, beds are comfortable and other amenities are abundant. They have things for the beach like chairs and boogie boards, which was very nice. Highly recommend this location!
