Monthly Rentals in Soho

You’re in the heart of SOHO! Plenty to do, see, explore, eat and SHOP. Space was clean and beautifulfully renovated. Lots of beautiful natural light from the windows. Fenix living was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I loved this experience and we will definitely be booking again with them.

Location, location, location! This place has so much right outside the front door and super easy access to public transportation. There aren't many (any?) hotels nearby, so it's really awesome to get to stay in Nolita as a visitor. There was a little hiccup with the cleaners that meant not everything was ready for us when we arrived. This was disappointing, but Suzanne was super responsive and helpful with addressing the issue. Overall, great stay and I would recommend!

Great renovated and clean spot close to Union Square that looks exactly like the pictures. It is a loft so might not be for everyone but was well worth the price. Surprisingly quiet area considering its location.

great location in the center of soho, amazing walkability to nolita, little italy, chinatown, & 3 blocks from the canal street station (gets you pretty much everywhere). thank you edythe!
