Monthly Rentals in Södermalm

The appartment is nice and the furniture is very tasteful. The area is also very cool and Channa was responding to our questions quickly. The bed is extremely comfortable. Thanks for having us :)

This is a perfect place for a group of two or a couple to stay in Stockholm on a moderate budget. Bus stops are less than 300m from the apartment and a grocery store is right up the street. The host is very nice and was willing to let us check in as soon as possible on short notice due to our lack of preparation and communication. She also provides a lot of useful information on local spots like bars and restaurants etc. If you're looking for a place to stay and this spot caught your eye and you're fine with a fairly barebones place to stay, go for it, you won't regret it.

We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Stockholm! The apartment is in a great neighbourhood, very close to the city centre and very well connected with the very punctual public means of transportation. The apartment was spotless and it had everything we needed and more, while the hosts were very responsive and helpful. We’ll be glad to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment! The location is great - very central and in one of the best areas of Stockholm, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was clean, bright, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The communication with the Stay Plus Team was always friendly and attentive.
