Jun was very responsive and friendly. Welcomed us and showed around the apartment. She made recommendations for local restaurants, booked restaurant and Ha long Bay cruise. The place is in the core of Old quarter and waking 3mins to beer street and many other attractions. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment complex just 15 minutes away from central Hanoi, and a 5 minute walk from the Lotte Mall. The Room was just what we needed to fully experience the ins and outs of Vietnam. Host is really responsive, replies within minutes and is really helpful. I guess if I were to note one thing down here, I think for anyone staying here it’s good to know in advance that the gym and pool require payment. It’s not much but you do have to pay.

We had a great ~2 week stay with Huy over Tet. He is super accommodating and helpful. There's plenty of space, the bed is comfortable, and the air purifier really helped put out minds at ease. The location is fantastic - quiet at night, and plenty to do during the day. Old Quarter is within easy walking distance (in the context of Ha Noi), but with how many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops there were in Truc Bach, you might not even feel the need to leave the peninsula. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

The host is friendly and provides immediate assistance. The door is unlocked with a key, and it would be better if a key card is used.

Prior to the trip, Veque Villa had provided options to do pick up & drop off at the airport for a fee - fuss free arrangements. Before check in day, they had also reached out to check what time we will be reaching the apartment to ensure things are in place. Clear and simple instructions were provided on how to best locate the apartment. Once we entered the compound, we were greeted by the super friendly Ms Huong. She helped carried the lugagges up to the 3rd floor and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. The place was spick & span and exactly how it was portrayed in the photos. Big windows and plenty of light. Spotless! Our stay was definitely elevated by this cosy apartment and kudos to Huong for always greeting us with her friendly demeanour - she literally brightened up my morning when I was checking out. 💯!!!

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

Loved staying in this peaceful retreat from the bustle of Hanoi. I’ve stayed in many different spots in Hanoi over the years, and this one is by far my favorite. The balcony view is a perfect way to greet and end the day, and the location is perfect for getting around the city by motorbike during your travels.

The location is at walkable distance to all the attractions and restaurants. Anna's place was very clean with added amenities. We had everything we needed during our stay. She was also very responsive throughout. The neighbourhood felt very safe especially for us women travelling at night. Highly recommended.

nice, comfortable place to walk the lake

The apartment is clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The apartment is centrally located so as expected for the centre of Hanoi there is some street noise but the hosts kindly provided ear plugs. They also very kindly provided a free clean during our stay and delicious coffee. Highly recommend, perfect start to our holiday!

I can't commend enough of Huy's place. It's got everything I need, and more. It is even better than the pictures. One minute there is the lake; around it and through the alleys one is able to walk in peace, and get to a shop or a place without having to worry too much about motorbikes. Try decoding the alleys; it is fun. For those who complained about being "so close" to other houses, you might as well not come to Vietnam. And quite honestly, from a local perspective, Huy's place is not too close to the neighbors at all. Should one like to be outside without going outside, the balcony already offers a pleasurable vantage point, a nicely tucked smoke spot, from which one is able to see staples of Hanoi living, if not occasionally be awarded some peculiar details, but there's more: a roof terrace awaits you where you can sit and look at a good part of the town all day long without being seen. If I ever visit Hanoi again I will not hesitate to choose Huy's place again.

One of the best units we've stayed in, it feels like a home instead of a rental property. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and allowed us to check out late since we had an evening flight. The building felt secure with a guard and rolling shutters at night. The location is ideal for walking, with Train Street in one direction and the Old Quarter in the other. Wifi was fast and stable throughout the unit, more than enough for work and video calls.

Great place, especially after travelling around Vietnam and staying in much more basic places. Loved the big projector screen in the bedroom.

The Apartment is fine. The neighborhood is entertaining and includes some great restaurants (El Gaucho was outstanding and Happy hour at the Metropole was a blast). However, Hanoi is vastly over-rated. Crowded, loud, dirty, and very unhealthy air. Use Grab for Taxis.

The apartment is quite large - plenty of seating in the living space and comfy. We walked nearly everywhere but Grab was easy and inexpensive as well. We were here for the Lunar Chinese New Year - it was super busy, then super quiet. We saw the fireworks from the balcony it was gorgeous. Everything was good.
