Hands down one of the loveliest Airbnb’s I have stayed in. Location was great within the old quarter and I felt very comfortable here. I work online remotely so I took video calls from the apartment quite frequently and it was a good connection with minor blips. My only thoughts on how the apartment could be improved would be that the shower was more so a bathtub with no curtain to keep the water from going everywhere and it was quite awkward to stand in the tub to shower. The bed also was a bit hard, but I know that is very typical of Vietnamese beds. Otherwise, this apartment is perfect and the host was so attentive and friendly.

I was careful about chosing my hotel and am so glad I chose Aviary hotel! The location is perfect - it’s in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, yet the hotel was very clean, the furnitures were comfortable and most important of all is that it was quiet inside. I couldn’t hear any noise inside the bedroom. Having a peaceful and clean place to rest was so important. I was told that the hotel was recently renovated. Also, the staffs at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Gave me some great spots to try some delicious food. Am so thankful, highly recommend!

Stayed 1 night and it was incredible! Amazing AC and very clean room. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the door man stayed up late so we could pick up food due to our late check in. Celina and her manager were phenomenal, providing us with free extra water and allowing us to check out late. Celina was great, helping translate and helping us however we needed, she was a star! They provided recommendations for food and arranged airport pickup for us. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Hanoi! Lots of outlets, quiet, and very accessible. Wifi is fast as well. 10/10!

The hospitality was amazing. Katie and Marshall ensured we had a memorable stay. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offered tips for local sightseeing, offered us vegetarian food in breakfast.

It's in the exact location of the accommodation. Check-in method Check-out method is clear, and above all, the room was nice and clean, so it was nice. There were times when the host was a little slow to respond, but it was okay.

The place was clean & fits the pictures & descriptions. Some things to note: You'll hear some street noise from the room & our couch had some dirty spots on it, but with that said for the price you'll definetly get your moneys worth! We had a great time staying here & it's a pretty chill neighbourhood compared to the rest of Hanoi✌🏼

The hotel is very well located on a quiet street next to the cathedral. Room is spacious. But the bathroom, the shower in particular, is full of mold and not very clean… It's more of an old hotel than a rbnb apartment.

I would say the most loveliest off hosts you can find, the apartment felt at home and has literally anything you need and iff you have a request the hosts are very transparent and the most helpful. Thanks the host and the stay I had the best time I could have asked for. Would definitely be returning often and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. Once again many thanks to the host!!!

You won’t find a better location than this in Hanoi! The view is incredible and everything you need is a short distance away. The Airbnb views are even better in person.
