We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

We stayed at Nolicia’s place for Christmas as it is 5mn away from my in-laws- perfect location and 10mn bus ride only from town centre. The place was spotless and Nolicia was really helpful and responsive. Exactly what we needed.

We had a wonderful stay whilst my sister was visiting. The Airbnb was beautifully designed and very large. Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay. The communication was also fantastic from Hannah and David and would definitely stay here again myself.

Stayed at this lovely house with my husband and 2 children ages 9 and 12. Excellent base for cadburys world and other attractions. Sainsburys and Nandos just short drive away. House was clean and homely with a generous welcome pack. We were a bit confused as to how to turn off the heating as it got really hot at night time but Mya responded really quickly when I asked for help. Overall 10/10 we loved our stay here

Simply perfect! The house is super comfortable, with amazing electric leather sofas that made relaxing so easy. It was spotless and had a lovely private garden to enjoy. The heating was warm and cozy, making the stay even better. The location is fantastic – close to the airport and in a family-friendly area, which is hard to find around here. We had such a great experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

My third visit to Adriana's place. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Balsall Common has all the facilities needed for an easy stay including some great places to eat and easy access by train or road to Birmingham and Coventry. I'll be back.

We stayed in this property as a ladies get together. It was perfect for us, close enough to local amenities, good sized property with space for us all without getting under each others feet. Diane was quick at responding to messages and provided great advice on the local area. Thanks for a lovely stay

Great few nights away for Halloween! Cosy barn tucked away, surrounded by trees and fields. Swimming in the heated pool at night in October was great. Geoff was always at hand with any queries or recommendations. The Halloween decorations was a nice touch for the kids to keep pranking each other throughout our stay. Great setting for a general chil out with films and board games. Hartlebury Castle was a great few hours out and not too expensive. The Willow and Boar was 2 minutes up the road for a nice breakfast. Would highly recommend The Pool house! Thanks to Geoff and Alan!

This a brilliant air BnB for families, we loved the homely feel, it was warm, plenty of space for everyone and great facilities. I loved cooking in the kitchen with everyone sat around the island. The pool was warm as described and kids loved it. Thank you for a wonderful break over New Year

We had an absolutely fantastic two-night stay at this incredible property! From the moment we arrived, it exceeded all expectations. The listing was accurate, but in person, everything was even better than described. The cottage itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches throughout. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were highlights of our stay—luxurious, private, and perfect for relaxing. The games room and tennis court added so much fun, especially for some friendly competition! The surrounding views were breathtaking, with fields and scenic walks right at our doorstep. It truly felt like an escape into nature while still being close to all the comforts and luxuries one could want. The hosts were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always available for any questions or needs. Their attention to detail and hospitality made the stay even more special. This is easily one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return :)

We had such an amazing time at the owlet! So peaceful and relaxing! Lovely walks and so nice to see the animals! The hot tub was so relaxing! My children really enjoyed helping Sarah with the ponies. Sarah was so helpful and great with my kids. Looking at booking again for the summer!

The house and gardens were absolutely perfect for our annual get together. From multiple spacious living spaces and a well equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms the whole house is exceptionally well thought out and a real home from home. The real standout though is the outside space. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings outside on the patio under the gorgeous pergola or in the hot tub and the space is peaceful with beautiful views across to the Malvern hills. Dionne and Mark were superb hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a fantastic week and we are all keen to revisit the house soon.

We had an amazing stay at Louise's place. it was so peaceful in lovely surroundings. We just wanted to relax for a few days without doing a great deal and it was an ideal place to do exactly that. The guide to the local area and amenities was especially helpful. slightly disappointed with the... weather! but only to be expected in the UK! still managed a dip in the pool which was superb!, tried a game of tennis and enjoyed the hottub. it really was a lovely stay, waking up to the ponies and wildlife was amazing too! would highly recommend Louise as a host

Beautiful place to stay. Cosy cottage vibes with all the creature comforts. The place was spotless, and included all the amenities needed for a weekend stay. The toiletries and the robes there to use were a lovely added bonus too. Beds were also extremely comfy! Hot tub was very clean and easy to use, with helpful face to face instructions from the host. Would stay again and highly recommend 😃

Great place to stay whilst working at the NEC. Only 2.9 miles away, secluded location and quiet. Will be booking with Dan again for 2026.

All I can say is wow!! I stayed here for 7 weeks whilst I was working in Wolverhampton. Wolves was a nice 20 minutes drive and the location was perfectly peaceful with local ammenities close by. The house was pristine with heaps of character and a personal touch like no other. If you want a relaxing and charming space to stay with the best hosts, this is the place. GIANT thank you to Charlotte and her lovely Mum Kim. I'll miss the bath :) AND the shower :) and everything haha

Sarah's place makes it possible to work in Birmingham and live elsewhere. It's set in a lovely rural location, yet it's just over a mile to the train station in Barnt Green and from there 3 trains an hour into the city centre.

Great house with loads of space. Very clean. Great team too, with all my questions answered in minutes. Would recommend and stay again.

We booked The Coach House for a 40th birthday surprise - it was superb! The perfect ‘home from home.’ The host Robert was a great communicator from the start of the booking process to the end, and even left a couple of welcome gifts on arrival for us. The house itself and the outside area with its hot tub and bar area was perfect for our group of 9 to enjoy a few drinks and some music on the evening. The next day, we took a stroll into the lovely town and visited a couple of the nearby pubs and shops. Overall our stay here was exactly what we wanted- relaxed, fun, private and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a couple of quiet nights away in the countryside, friends, families or for special celebrations.
