Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Smethwick

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

We used James’ AirBnB the night before I got married and it was exactly the right place to be before such an important day! Clean, clear instructions to find and enter, and lots of amenities to help relax before the big day!

Sam was a wonderful host, friendly proactive and quick to respond and answer any questions. Would strongly recommend both Sam as a host and the property.

This is a quiet suburban road in the Birchills area of Walsall. We stayed here a total of 7 weeks while waiting for our house purchase to go through. It worked very well for us.

Great stay in a nice part of Birmingham, close to the train station and local shops and pubs, parking for 2 cars is a bonus

First of all, Ibon is the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. He is genuinely caring and always attentive to the needs of his guests. Secondly, the house is beautifully located—it's surrounded by nature, and it feels like it's in the middle of a park. From the bedroom, you can enjoy calming views of greenery and blooming trees. There’s also a large, beautiful garden that adds to the charm of the place. It’s perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at Mike’s house. Mike communicated well with us as we placed a short notice booking due to our house having building work done. We know the area well and it suited our needs very well. Having a secure private garden and gate directly onto the golf course for our dog was perfect. The large well-equipped kitchen and excellent bathroom were great.

Thank you Nicholas for having me at Granny Flat. It was the perfect place for me to visit Birmingham and its surroundings. It was very quiet, clean and I felt comfortable. Every thing you need is conveniently within reach (shops, transports..). I also enjoyed the Canal walk from there to get to the city center. I'll definitely book again if I need to be back in Birmingham.

Great place to stay. Semi-rural with sunny outdoor deck overlooking countryside views. Spacious lounge and bedroom. Quiet, clean and modern, yet cosy and comfortable. Right across from Fairlawns Hotel for meals and spa. Walking distance to shops in Aldridge.

We had a fabulous stay at Lisa’s place. The bedroom is decorated so nicely and it’s so warm and cosy! Lisa was very friendly and amazingly helpful. We would 100% recommend staying here, ps. Amazing fish and chips just a short walk down the road too !

We only spent a night here, but it was perfect for what we needed and close to where we needed to be - the apartment is warm and comfy, and we felt very much at home. The area is lovely - really quiet and so many beautiful big trees, and great places to eat within walking distance.

Great little place with good links to the Midlands

Me and my husband stayed at Stuart and Bethan’s place for a month, I was working at Queen Elizabeth Hospital which is a 10 mins walk from the flat. The check-in was easy and Stuart was very friendly and provided all the information before we arrived. The flat was the highlight of our trip, the place was exactly as described,clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beautiful surroundings, and the walkable distance from shops and the hospital. Stuart and Bethan were extremely responsive and you would feel at home due to their attention for the small details. The bed was very comfy, the sofa bed was a plus and not having stairs made everything easy because we had large bags. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Birmingham, and I would definitely stay again! 🤩

Lovely private apartment in walking distance to trains/buses, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Great back yard, right on the canal. Very peaceful despite having a train line opposite the canal. Apartment has everything you need and Aubrey is always helpful and responsive. Our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

We have had a great stay.We were having building work done on our house and found this property perfect for our work and leisure needs. Well placed for a range of local amenities shops,restaurants and great pubs. Property was warm and comfortable and well equipped.

Danial was super responsive. The flat was extremely clean and felt right at home. It's also only a 6 minute drive to a whole slew of restaurants in Coventry road so was great in the evening to go out to. All in all, I had no complaints about this place.

Alex was a great responsive host. Always replied instantly and helped with any queries. The area is lovely and quiet and the grain house was a lovely stay. Really cosy and comfy. Will definitely be booking here again.
