Vacation rentals in Smeeton Westerby

Our stay was excellent. The cottage was immaculate, the photos don’t do it justice. Instructions were great, well equipped and brilliant for our pooches. Excellent location not too long a walk to Rutland Water. Great pub within 100m of the house. All in all a fab stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a great time in Breedon on the hill. A lovely village which was very peaceful, the ease of so many places to visit within such a small radius was a great plus. The place itself was exactly as described and bubbling with character. We would definitely stay again.

Very happy with our stay at Nicola’s. It took us a while to find the caravan as we didn’t have a map but other than that, we were very happy, lots of facilities in the caravan, clean and comfortable. Nicola was very helpful and quick to respond when I needed to ask a question.

Puddle Cottage - what a beautiful, cosy place to stay, within walking distance to Rutland Water. On arrival communication from Anna was excellent, and we were able to check in early, and there was a lovely welcome gift of Wine, cakes and milk too. The cottage is just great, Anna has made it feel like it is your own home, with so many home comforts, comfy furniture and bed, decent TV, a fully stocked kitchen, with lots of pots, pans, utensils and crockery, no skimping at all. Everything stands out a good quality - which is so nice when you are away from home. We stayed with our black Labrador and he was also happy, with a secure garden for him (and some doggy treats from Anna). We did lots of walks around the lovely friendly village, and around Rutland Water, and also had a fab dinner one evening at The Fox, North Luffenham. We would come back again and would thoroughly recommend Puddle Cottage.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The cottage and the village are beautiful. Stephanie and her daughter gave us all the information we needed and were lovely to deal with. Hope to be back again soon!

amazing stay at Stuart and Jane's lovely caravan and the surroundings were amazingly peaceful. the people in the other caravans were really friendly and talkative. the land surrounding the accommodation is well worth a walk around if you have time. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there anytime of the year. thankyou again guys🙂

We’re a family of 5 and were staying at Lesley’s house for our daughter’s graduation. The house was perfect for our multi generations and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend staying in South Croxton.

A lovely place - charming but freshly renovated. Jane was very responsive, flexible and helpful.

Wow! What a fantastic lodge and fantastic hosts. The views of the reservoir are simply stunning. Will and Ella couldn’t do enough for us. We had the best time and will be returning in the future for sure. Thanks again guys
