Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Rest and Retreat and just be in one of our two luxury shepherd huts within our meadow. Immersed in the long grasses with wildlife surrounding you, soaring Kites, wild deer and rabbits. Stargaze at night whilst sipping a glass of Prosecco on us, relax in your private Scandinavian fresh water filled hot tub or just take in the ambience around the warm glow of the Lazy-Jane fire pit. Located down an old Roman rd in an ancient village you will have far reaching views of the Oxfordshire countryside.

Possibly the warmest award winning outdoor pool in the U.K. Minimum winter temperature of 89 Degtees F! The retreat cabin is a place for couples to genuinely switch off from the outside world. Relax in private luxury with a fantastic teak hot tub and award winning luxury swimming pool just feet from your door. Fitted with remote controlled privacy blinds which can be fully or partially openen. Underfloor heating is also fitted. This area is completely private and not shared with other guests.

This romantic getaway, only 40 minutes from London, is perfect for couples, solo travellers, walkers, wildlife lovers, digital nomads or anyone seeking an unforgettable break away.

Urban cosy nook

(Listing slightly cheaper as some renovation during the day weekdays next door). Enjoy the warmth & quiet of an open plan space with wood burning stove and HD smart tv. 5 mins walk to a cute up & coming village with some lovely independent shops, pubs & bars. The street is low/no traffic and is on top of a hill so feels quiet and safe. There are two stations nearby, one 5 mins walk & one 9 mins walk away. You can get to London Bridge in 8 mins or to Central London in 20 mins

Countryside barn with great walks, bbq & firepit

Take a break and unwind at this beautiful, rustic countryside barn. An abundance of walks spreading across the Chiltern Hills are at your doorstep making it the perfect location for a weekend getaway. The Barn also has access to a bbq, firepit and private outdoor seating area. Local village amenities are just a short drive from the property with the nearest train station being only 10 minutes away. A sofa bed can be made up if required. One well behaved dog welcome on request.

Luxury Barn

A Barn conversion offering 2 bedrooms (one double) and (one room with a King size bed and bunk beds). There are also 2 single beds in the living area. Unfortunately, no parties allowed. Sky TV, WIFI. A built in BBQ, tennis court, trampoline and a shared outside swimming pool. The swimming pool is open and heated from May 1st to September 30th. The swimming pool remains open for guests without heating until October 15th. Outside patio area with a fantastic day bed.
